Ваш рахунок можуть заблокувати без пояснень і попереджень у будь-який момент. Хоча, при відкритті рахунку не потребують ніяких документів і пояснень щодо походження коштів. Підтримка клієнтів завжди зайнята незрозуміло чим і не надає жодних пояснень, розмовляють як боти. Цей «райфайзен банк» не має жодного відношення до оригінального банку і виглядає просто як дешева копія. Неможливо зайти в особистий кабінет з компʼютера, не має змоги подивитися яку суму коштів було витрачено за місяць (ви будете підраховувати кожну копійку вручну), більшість функціоналу нормального банку відсутня.

Worst bank ever. Issues, problems, excuses and extremely poor service. I decided to open card in this bank because branch was close to my home. Despite the fact that cards are available for free purchase in nearby grocery store I get to branch to do this "right". Manager start asking for different documents, like last tax documents, job contract and so on... that day I left without contract and same day evening ordered card online and in few days pick my card in that same branch without all this requested documents (in the end of this story you will see that main goal for each and every employee of this bank to cause customers as much suffering as they can). So, I get the card, my main intention was to use this card for cash out my income and some savings. So I tried to do that and of course card was declined in ATM. As they put limit that cannot be changed (about 250 USD), I asked manager if there way to upgrade limit, they start to become angry and told me that its well known rule that 10k UAH it maximum... Next, only branch in town , the branch for what I start with this bank at the first place was closed for reconstruction... Now I trying my best to close my card and forget this "bank" but here comes raif, to close card you need to empty your balance to 00.00 so you cant do it in store or atm, for some unknown reason you cant sent funds to another bank card, why ? they cant explain but you cant. So you need to go to another city to get your less then one dollar balance in person or you can send it by wire. Ofc I agreed to sent this funds to charity. Guess what, its not over, after about three weeks I logged in to my online banked to check if it's done and over, but now, this damn card still active, I wrote to manager again and was forced to repeat all my request from the beginning because they didn’t have access to my previous chats. Waiting again. If you think to use this bank, think again.

My second choice bank after Privatbank anyway. It really does matter in case of stability and something like that done here anyway. Finally it have some interface located there for sure. So something needs to be applied with a little help, but overall all fine.
