Placed an order and had no communication about dispatch or delivery. When I contacted them they were responsive and advised it would be dispatched shortly, there had been an issue with the product. I followed this up again and was assured it had been dispatched. I received no update so contacted again and was told it was now due to be dispatched on certain dates and given the option to cancel my order if I chose. I asked to cancel my order, this was ignored and they thanked me for my patience. I asked to cancel my order again and by this time I received a following email to say my item had now been dispatched. I reiterated that I had asked to cancel my order twice (before they had dispatched it). They informed me now it has been dispatched I could no longer cancel but could return once I eventually receive my item, but would be a cost to myself. I would not recommend using this company at all. Poor customer service.

Your purchase was for a pre-order item, which means it was still in production at the time of ordering. We did provide updated shipping windows as production progressed, but we completely understand how delays and changing timelines can be disappointing — especially if you wished to cancel.
We do see that your order was successfully delivered on October 22nd. After delivery, instead of returning the item through our standard return process, a chargeback was opened, we always aim to handle concerns directly to make things smoother and faster for our customers.

I had high hopes for this brand after seeing it everywhere across my social media feeds. I ordered the viral High Neck Tennis Dress in Navy. I am a size 4 in Lululemon so I though the small size would be perfect. It was a bit too tight for my liking (I'd like to wear this for both professional and leisure). I loved it though and wanted to simply exchange it for one size bigger. Even though I was outside the 30-day return window, I was elated to learn they could still do a simple exchange for the medium. I am so excited to receive the new size! I am positive I'll wear it a ton!!! Additionally, their customer service communication via email is excellent. They are professional, quick to respond and helpful.

Took a risk and ordered an item that…
Took a risk and ordered an item that was being advertised on Instagram immediately my debit card is charged for double the amount two separate charges. The phone number they have listed goes to a voicemail that sounds like an answering machine. You cannot leave a message. You get no response back. I have emailed them and get no response as well. Should have trusted my gut and not purchased from an unknown company, but let my mistake be your red flag and don’t do it.

Perfect for activewear
The items took a while to be received but all in all they fit nice and are great for active wear! So if you want something for a specific date I would order a couple months ahead, luckily I was in no rush for these items. I was looking for a girly/feminine touch to active wear and I got just that :)

My favorite tennis dress!
This tennis dress is adorable and so flattering. For reference, I sm 5'3 and 106# and xsmall fits perfectly. I love it and would order more but shipping took a month! The only negative is the ridiculously slow shipping time.
