SCAMMERS

I should’ve looked it up before ordering from them smfh supposedly they have delivered my package TWICE the original order then they offered a replacement package lmao but they do this so the refund timing can be passed a certain time smh I’ve been waiting for a package since October!!! I’ve requested a full refund never received an email back.

Don't trust this app

Don't trust this app, I buy online some clothes. I never received my package. I ask them for my refund of 40.00 and they never returned my money back. They send to you a tracking number that never exists. Is a scam

Just don't shop here

It's been a month and I have not received items I ordered. Customer service doesn't respond to inquiries. The one response I did receive told me to wait one more week for delivery of the items. That was three weeks ago.
I'm working with my credit card company to get my money back. Buyer be aware and don't shop with this company.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

It took a month and a half to get the order and then when it finally arrived the sizing was wrong. When I inquired about a refund I was told all sales final, sorry no refunds! This place is a SCAM!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Lesson learned and $40 lost!

Would NOT recommend

I had researched reviews prior to making a purchase with this company, and at the time, the reviews were fine. Of course, after I purchased there was a surge of poor reviews all with similar issues I experienced.

I placed my order on November 1st, for an item that was NOT preorder. Received tracking info on November 2nd saying that shipment info was received. I waited until my estimated delivery date of November 11-13th passed before attempting to email the company and message their social media for an update since the tracking info never changed. No response.

It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal (thankfully I used that as my payment) that suddenly the next day my items shipped from CHINA. Received my jackets (same style and size, mind you) yesterday (December 1st) and they are noticeably different lengths and do not have the seam piping shown in the videos on their website.

Given other reviews of people who have returned their items and not received their refunds, I'm unfortunately going to have to eat this loss. I would save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing from this company.

I was lured in because it said FASHION NOVA, but when the payment posted it has Auvora that was really slick as Fashion NOVA is trusted and these people are wrong for lying to get your money!

Use Auvora at your own risk!!

It took a few weeks to receive order. The pullover jacket ran extremely big, so the large was to big for me or my daughter. I had also received a medium and needed to return the large.

When I requested return, they said it would need to be reviewed, two weeks later the message was, be patient for return review, two weeks after that they’ve said I am outside of my return window. So, they are definitely giving the run around!! I doubt I will ever be able to return the large size jacket.

Very sketchy and do not recommend!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DISHONEST COMPANY!

They have not refunded me even though the package has been delivered to them for over 20 days! Despite multiple emails and one of them they informed me that the refund was processed, they lied! I am led to believe that they will keep my money even though I returned their stuff.

Always check the reviews before spending your money

I really wish I Had checked out these ratings before I placed my order. Order placed on 30 October, apparently the order was shipped, still no order arrived. And, it’s 14 November. I was supposed to have received my Order by 8 November. If you are reading these reviews, don’t take the chance. Hopefully I will get my order someday. But I’m not gonna hold my breath. I will just never, ever trust this company again.

I placed an order on October 27, with a delivery date between November 4-7. It’s Nov 8 and checking the tracking no. shows nothing has changed since October 28—it just says “parcel information received”. Where is my package, Auvora? You’re very quick to process a payment, but everything comes to a halt after that! All I see are complaints, one after another, with the same issues and all you do is pacify the customers with, “oh, we’re so sorry—we know how frustrating…”. Enough with the lip service, send me my product or issue my refund!!! I don’t want your lame apologies, nor your lame excuses! You will NEVER receive another order from me, and I will make sure to warn others in any pop-up add I come across on IG!

The WORST company

I was hopeful from the mixed reviews that this company would produce the product as promised. WRONG. They quickly processed the order and charged my credit card and gave an “estimated” shipping date that never changed. I placed my order on Oct. 13 and received shipping info on Oct. 14. Everything stopped there. Each time I’ve inquired about my purchase, I get the “we’re working on your order” reply from Olivia Martinez. It’s now November 6th, I’ve sent 2 emails requesting a refund and initiated the refund process, and crickets. No refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered two jackets back in August. They kept getting back ordered and delaying shipping. I have now spent over one month trying to get my REFUND! All they do is email and say it’s escalated. Absolutely ridiculous. Beyond frustrating.

Never arrived, no refund, told “there’s no reason to worry” by customer service.

I ordered two Auvora pieces for an upcoming trip, after seeing them all over social media. A month later I’ve zero notice that they’ve even shipped and they will not arrive in time for my trip - or perhaps at all. I reached out to customer service and their Customer Care Lead keeps telling me not to worry rather than actually providing assistance.

Never again will I purchase from Auvora and doubt I will ever receive either the product or a refund. Be warned - I wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before purchase.

Great product but long lead time

The product came and is exactly as described. Lovely colour and great fit. The only negative was that it took a month to arrive (UK based). There were no comms and tracking was useless. Aside from that, very happy!

SCAM SITE!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Placed order 9/23, received shipment confirmation 9/25. Contacted company 10/8 as tracking showed zero information, and was given the pathetic excuse of improving quality, and it would ship 10/13-10/15. It is now 10/25, still no shipment. I’ve asked for a refund twice!

Update after auvora’s response: if my order information isn’t attached, how can you say an item was pre-order?
