A very useful helping hand
At a somewhat traumatic time and trying to operate at some distance, (440 miles from mother), Autumna gave, prompt, useful and accurate information and were always on hand to help.

Excellent for urgent care sourcing
I needed urgent care for my sister and Autumna provided me with several options immediately and the company I chose had a carer coming out within 48 hours. She is also very good which is a real bonus

Dealing with permanent homes for family is so hard but reading reviews and detailed accounts made my visits easier. Still havnt decided which home to use.

Be specific in your needs, or the needs of your loved ones
Having gotten lost in the Social Services beauracracy, while looking for a suitable care home for my Mum, I was so happy to have options sent to me with "vacancies available". This cut out a lot of red tape and saved traipsing my poor Mum around only to be told " there's a waiting list". Saved me time, and had a reply from a lovely care home the family were happy with especially my Mum .

I found this company very helpful. They helped me find a lovely care home for my mum. They have kept in contact with me and have also left it open that if i need any further assistance or questions answered they will be willing to assist me.

I found the search easy to do
I found the search easy to do, had a chat with the lady who called who was friendly and understanding. I was emailed a list and most of those care homes also emailed details to me. I've been offered further support if I need it but it wasn't pushy.

Care Home selection
Made what felt like a daunting process much more manageable as it enabled me to narrow down my options. They were very quick to respond to my request and I had my Dad settled into a Care Home within ten days of using Autumna. Would highly recommend.

They sounded very convincing when they first reached out, promising to find clients for my homecare company for £39 a month. Unfortunately, it’s been a year now with no results — it feels like a scam. I was never given any documents to sign or review. When I called to cancel, they said I had agreed verbally to a one-year contract and insisted I must pay for the whole year. Please be cautious — don’t fall for it, as they will only take advantage of you as a new provider

They were very persuasive when they first contacted me, assuring me they could find clients for my homecare company for £39 a month. Its' been a year now with no results-just a scam. I never signed any agreement or received any documents to review. When I called to cancel, they claimed i had verbally agreed to a one year contract and insisted I must pay for the entire year. Definitely a scam. Pls dont listen to them. They will drain you out.
