I can’t recommend Gary highly enough. He was very detailed and thorough in his approach with great communication throughout the process. During his visit, he made my mother feel very at ease - she referred to him as “lovely”.

I recently used Nova Care for a mental capacity assessment for my daughter, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Gary was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate, taking the time to work at my daughter’s pace and ensuring she felt as comfortable as possible.

Nova Care Consultants were great to deal with. Their responsiveness and transparency about the fee and timescale were excellent. Gennie Belither, social worker, was professional and kind. She phoned me before and after visiting my mother at her care home for a statutory capacity assessment. I was really pleased to receive the official form (PA14) two days later by special delivery.

Novacare acted with great sensitivity and professionalism throughout the process of organising and undertaking what was a less than straight forward assessment. All involved were kept informed and it was clear that Novacare were centered on ensuring that the assessment was not only thorough but carried out with understanding and care for the individual.

After booking our appointment, Gary visited the home of my Mother and I at the exact time arranged - even driving from Portsmouth on the day. Hugely appreciated.

My anxiety was pretty high - however Gary was polite, professional and extremely personable to my mother and myself.

The report that followed was thorough, with recommendations for next steps,treatments and therapies. I would have no worries in contacting him again for more advice and support.
