Hi auto logistics was great but the car hire company was a very bad Peaple if auto logistics still using that same rental company wouldn’t recommend them to any one

Organised through our chosen body shop. ALS delivered a hire car the following morning of the accident. Thereafter a suitable car was delivered that matched the type in the accident. Offered details of accident and other driver up to ALS. Thereafter all sorted out without any delay. Work to high standards and I did not have to do any chasing. ALS were a bit like a fire and forget missile. You fire, they sort out your hire car, repair, third parties insurers , your own insurance if need be and liaise with the body shop. Many Thanks Moira.

I was somewhat sceptical when this service/company was suggested to me, especially as my claim only involved a very minor bump. However, they made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend them.

After getting messed about by the third parties insurance for over 4 weeks even to get it assessed. I contacted Auto logistics and within days I had a replacement vehicle and my vehicle was assessed and booked in for repair. I am so pleased throughout my whole experience with Auto logistics brilliant communication friendly staff who go the extra mile. Ignore this company. The employee doesn't care about getting your job done. They won't even give you call back or give you update on your claim. Wasted my 3 weeks.

Steve was polite and always kept me up to date about the repairs to my car. He also made sure a had a replacement car for work. Generally a great overall experience. They also gave my car a good clean too, which was an amazing job. Absolutely brilliant.

After a little bump in the car, we used Auto Logistics through the non-fault claims with our local bodyshop. Everything was easy to do and we were kept in the loop throughout. We were given solicitors to contact and also a courtesy vehicle whilst we waited on our car. Every colleague we dealt with was patient and understanding and treated us well.

I have never had to deal with a non fault accident to a vehicle and was a bit stressed.
