looks like they are sunsetting

my log details dont work and it wont let me reset This "username and email combination does not exist."

the support is not helping at all only generic bot answers
i have credit that i deposited and no help

i also noticed they cancelled support chat once you pay
looks like a scam or they decided to cut some users along with their funds
