Austin’s provide a very professional and sympathetic service with helpful guidance throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and Lisa liaised with everyone for me making things as stress free as possible at a very emotional time. I highly recommend their services, this is the 3rd time I have used them.

We had used Austins previously and when my Mother died went to Austins Letchworth branch. Hayley compassionately guided us through everything. Making the whole process easy and relaxed. Follow up phone calls before the funeral from Hayley and from the funeral conductor, Simon, were helpful, giving us all the information we needed. On the day, the ceremony was faultless, carried out with respect and care. I would not hesitate to recommend Austin’s Funeral service. Thank you to all involved. Receiving a card from Claire Austin was a lovely touch.

I was dealt with by both Veronica and Kelly who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. They advised and guided me really well through the whole proceeding despite my grief , and for this I thank them sincerely.
The Conductor Lee was equally sensitive and phoned me the night before and again on the day of the funeral. He made everything very clear to both me and my family with regard to how things would work and what we should expect both at the church and then the crematorium. His belief in my grandsons' abilities and confidence shown to them when they wanted to carry their grandfather's coffin, was both helpful and reassuring. Thank you Lee.

The process was easy and they explained everything, any help or advice wasn’t too much trouble. The day itself run so smoothly everyone we encountered during the process was so kind. Would use Austin’s again without a second thought.

Right from my first contact until after the funeral Austin's were excellent in every aspect. Kelly was very caring and professional and Gary and the team were great on the day despite the rain. Thanks again. Would recommend Austin's without hesitation.

As a family we have used the services of Austin's before. We find them to be very sympathetic, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they gently guide you through the process of bereavement, which can be very emotional.

We were very pleased with the way that Austin’s helped us when we lost our Dad. The team guided us, listened to us and responded sensitively from our initial shock, to planning the funeral and directing the funeral on the day.

I simply cannot fault any of the process given by Austin's in regards to the care of my late partner, loosing your partner at any age is extremely difficult, but Austin's made this part of his final journey so calming.

Special thanks go to Gary who made my partner's funeral as bright as it could be with your light hearted jokes in the car, this was a great addition, as my partner would have also been cracking jokes that day.
