We felt very grateful to Austins for the caring compassionate respectful and professional way they handled the whole bereavement process. From collecting my husband from the house in the middle of the night through to the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself. First class. Will never be able to thank them enough.

All the staff were caring and professional and their attention to detail was second to none,especially the Order of Service which Kelly Hedges arranged. We appreciated the kindness and guidance before and throughout the day. Lee and his team supported us through the whole process which was one the whole family found very difficult. Although we found the planning of the funeral very emotional, it was arranged with compassion, flexibility and professionalism. All of our family, needs were met and we agreed that the day of the funeral exceeded all of our expectations. The excellent feedback from family and friends confirmed this.

From the very start of planning our Mum's funeral service, Austin's made everything simple and clear.
Kelly at the Welwyn branch was professional, kind and kept us informed all along the process. Gary the conductor, on the day, was exceptional. I have nothing but gratitude for everything they did for us to ensure everything came together.

We didn’t have a traditional funeral but David explained what would happen and it was very comforting to know my husband was well cared for. I 100% would recommend them. We have chosen to have jewellery made from some of the ashes

From our first contact with Austin's we were cared for and helped with planning our Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and our requests were honoured. It was helpful to be able to use the Strong Oak room for the service to avoid having different venues.

Thanks to the whole team, we felt our dad was looked after with the utmost respect, and we are truly grateful for the compassion shown to our family and for helping us give him such a meaningful and dignified farewell.

We recently lost a very much loved husband father and grandpa ,and relative within our family . We were all utterly devastated . Austin’s made an extremely difficult emotional time that much easier , so very professional but so caring and made it very personal, I don’t know how we would have got through it with out their guidance. We thank you all and will always be remembered of making the worst day of our lives that little bit bearable
