Austen & Blake in Norwich were a pleasure to deal with, great staff members and store Manager. We ended up purchasing an Engagement ring and two wedding bands from them. They had the time to go through everything with us thoroughly and took a real interest in our requirements. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service and Ring

We love Austen and Blake of Norwich
We love Austen and Blake of Norwich, the shop is fairly new to Norwich, but loving the fact they are close to me, I ordered the engagement ring online and collected in person, they kept me updated while the ring was being made.
We returned to the shop recently to order our wedding rings. We love how knowledgeable they are,plenty of options to choose from, they are not pushy with a sale, they filled us with confidence. Any question we had was answered well. We went back today to change the size of my good lady ring, very simple sort and everything explained well. Couldn't fault them at all, we will be buying here again and ive already recommended them to friends.

excellent customer service
I went in on the off chance, I could have been turned away as I didn't have an apt, but I wasn't. Instead, ample quality time was spent to help me find the right pair of earrings. From measuring the size against my ear to make sure it wouldn't be too big against my other earrings (2nd piercing) to the final order and collection I couldn't have been more pleased with the relaxed environment and level of service I received. I would definitely go back in the future should I want a special piece of jewellery.
