Amazing service from aida, booked an appointment to look at wedding bands, didn’t know what I was looking for very personal and tailored experience warm welcoming and friendly! All no pressure whatsoever, couldn’t have been better

I had a really great phone call with Florian in the Norwich branch. I was a little lost and needed some reassurance and guidance with wedding rings. I felt so confident and informed after the call so I placed my order! Throughout the call Florian got as excited as I was, he stayed professional but we were still able to have a laugh. Attention to detail the sales person was knowledgeable and very attentive. I initially contacted the London office and they directed me to the Norwich shop. It was a very important gift and I would describe the entire process as joyous. We returned to collect the diamond necklace and the process was excellent,very flexible and accommodating.

Really amazing experience. I ordered the ring quite late but luckily received it just before my trip to Italy where me and my partner got engaged. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff where I was told about all the different ring designs and types of stones and very reasonable prices for the quality of the ring.

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings from Austen & Blake in Norwich where we were served by Ellie. Ellie was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable and was also very patient with us as we took a few weeks to make a decision. The rings are perfect & we can’t wait to wear them - starting next week!

We recently went to the Norwich store for a wedding band appointment and they were so welcoming when we had arrived. The customer service was spot on and we had the pleasure of Florian to talk us through band options and give us great advice too! A real five star experience and we came away ordering both our wedding bands which are so lovely and we can’t wait for them to arrive. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a beautiful eternity ring. The customer service is outstanding, took lots of time to explain the difference in diamonds and shapes so I could make the best decision.
