Marvellous Michael
Michael is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. I bought a diamond tennis bracelet with lab grown diamonds. Beautiful piece however couldn't get my head round not being natural diamond. He allowed me to change the order but keep the lab grown one until the new one arrived. Collected on Sunday and I'm so happy with the bracelet and with Michael. Having never been to an Austen and Blake store before, Michael was super welcoming and informative.
My partner and I came away with beautiful wedding bands. I love mine so much that I started wearing it even though we haven't gotten married yet... :) Needless to say, the ring has now been confiscated, and I'm not allowed to wear it until the wedding.

Excellent service
Went in to buy an engagement ring and Charlotte walked me through the entire process. I ended up spending less than I thought I had to and ended up with a MUCH better ring than I initially planned . Would heartily recommend going in person as the staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Best customer service I've had in a while.

Did you say FEE resizing???
Following on here from what appears to be a common theme here "free resizing" isn't free unless done within 30 days of collection, so you need to either plan your collection around your proposal and life generally otherwise you will be charged! Ultimately if you tell people it's chargeable unless you resize in 30 days that's a truer reflection of what's on offer. The whole 30 days wasn't mentioned to me at point of sale and certainly not at drop off, all of which you need to make an appointment for, it would have been easier going to a local jewellers and saving myself hours of travel time. For the sake of £70 you have got a very underwhelmed customer who wouldn't recommend you to others and certainly won't be using services in future. Note to management stop trying to fleece customers and hiding behind the read the T&C's, your in the business of servicing customer and you haven't on this occasion. If your not careful and carry on showing a distinct lack of apathy, you won't stay in business long! I have had better service at McDonalds.
Replying to review..
You send out a trustpilot review link and get staff to beg for a 5 star review, so maybe your idea of good service is different to mine, you need to make an appointment to drop off , collect, view, pay, etc etc don't offer any form of welcome drink. I asked questions and was told you offer a free sizing up and down service! That's it. I don't have a crystal ball and don't intent to read terms and conditions when I've been told something, your reply is like your front end service, lacks substance and just waffle. This review and others I have seen similar will rightly cost you business. I would warn anyway who is considering buying a ring to look elsewhere.

As a company we offer a free sizing of rings if returned within 30 days and the size is amendable by 2 sizes up or down as that is safe to do so without impacting the structure of the design.
Unfortunately as your item was received 4th February the free 30 days to resize your item has passed and is now chargeable at the minor cost of £69. This involves the workshop fees to create the amendment, cleaning and polishing your item and any extra metal that may be used in the sizing process.
Please be aware we make no profits on our sizing and this is simply the costing from the workshop. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website under our sizing policy tab. I do understand your query about not being notified in the showroom at your point of purchase and that is something we stress to our showrooms to disclose. However please do understand that we also encourage our customers to ask questions at the point of purchase and immerse themselves into our terms and conditions located on our website as a form of protection and education for themselves.
Currently as a business we have previously received great feedback about our policies to offer a free sizing originally as a lot of companies do not. Our prices have been fed back to us as a fair and lower costing option then alternative companies. We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied by our procedures and we take your comments on board.
