Both Aneesah and Michael have been brilliant throughtout the process of purchasing our weddings rings. Aneesah was in particular was very informative and knowledgeable and more importantly patient. Helpful and supportive, great jewellery too
I contacted A&B over the Bank Holiday weekend with a query about an order that I wanted to arrive by a particular date...which was sooner than the estimated delivery time.
Alyshia responded to me, assuring me that she would oversee the order and add a note indicating the urgency.
When I placed the order, I passed the reference to Alyshia and she kept an eye on it for me.
My order arrived within two weeks (estimate was 2-4 weeks) and a day before the date I had requested. Brilliant!

We couldn’t have been happier
We couldn’t have been happier with the wedding ring shopping experience we had with Austen and Blake stores. We originally went to the Liverpool store whilst we were on a trip there to try some on and get an idea of what styles we wanted and they were so helpful and really took their time and expertise to help us!
We then went to the Manchester store to make our final decision purchases and again the team there were so lovely and welcoming, both stores really made us feel at ease and it wasn’t a rushed decision.
Would highly recommend for purchasing your rings!

Excellent choice of rings and friendly service. The only problem was that when we came in to pick up the new rings our engagement ring was still in the workshop and had not beeen returned to the shop, this was a wasted journey for us. Otherwise we are pleased with our purchases.

Would have been nice to be told our wedding rings changing size would have cost us £69 each - very disappointing especially as I have arthritis

As a company we offer a free sizing of rings if returned within 30 days and the size is amendable by 2 sizes up or down.
As the gents item was resized originally on the 27th March and then again on the 22nd April free of charge as a good will gesture, unfortunately the third resize actioned 11th May is now chargeable.
The ladies band was also returned after the 30 day period so is also chargeable for a sizing. Please be aware we make no profits on our sizing and this is simply the costing from the workshop. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website.
We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied by our procedures, we have previously received great feedback about our policies to offer a free sizing originally.
Once again we apologise for the situation and the way that you feel towards Austen and Blake. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
