The best customer service we have ever had. Jaclyn went above and beyond to help me and my fiance out and we couldn't appreciate it more. She kept us updated at all times, reassured us and made us feel like she really cared. Definitely recommend Austen and Blake for any purchases - their jewellery collection is gorgeous too!!

I had the most brilliant experience with Samantha. Guys dont know what they are doing when it comes to selecting rings. Samantha was outstanding and walked me through everything. The customer service was outstanding and when I spoke to sam it was not sales orientated and thats why I
chose the buisness. My new fiancée said yes and thank you so much for my wonderfulring . I would highly recommend the buisness and everyone was so professional.

I was looking for something special as a gift for my daughters 30th Birthday and came across a Diamond Pave setting necklace on the Diamond Factory website. I was a bit unsure about purchasing an item like this online, however Austin & Blake in Argyle Arcade, Glasgow are an associate of Diamond Factory so I phoned the store and discussed my concerns with Jaclyn, the store Manager, who was very knowledgeable and reassured me that if I ordered the necklace in store and if, for any reason, I was unhappy with the necklace when it arrived I could have a full refund. I met with Phyllis, at Austin & Blake, the following day and she helped me place my order. The necklace arrived a couple of weeks later and I needn’t have worried as it was absolutely stunning and my daughter was equally delighted with it, however she wanted to change the style of chain on the necklace which Jaclyn assured me was no trouble at all and that she could arrange this for her.

I would like to thank the staff at Austin & Blake for their help, attention, expertise and manner in which they dealt with me.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever purchasing an item of jewellery from them again in the future and would definitely recommend Austin & Blake to family and friends.

My partner wanted the perfect ring for herself to start our future together and Suzann done just that for us! I can not recommend Suzann and this place enough to anyone looking to get jewellery made for their significant others or themselves. They are extremely professional, polite, friendly and ensure to keep you in the loop throughout the full process. My partner is extremely picky and uncertain however Suzann coped with all her needs and questions and ensured she was 100% happy before confirming. Suzann was the perfect help for us and we can’t wait to share our memories with her in future! A huge thank you for all your help and everything you have done….we will be back!

I will start by thanking Austen and Blake for making my proposal a success within a short notice. All the staff I met on that were so amazing, helpful and understanding. I got the best ring for my baby and her reaction was the best feeling ever. I defo recommend anyone looking to get any Jewelry to go to Austen Blake.

Suzann in the Argle Arcade store could not have done more for us!

I originally went in myself clueless about engagement rings, however Suzann sat very patiently with me, talking me through all the options and details and helped me pick the perfect ring for my fiancee.

We have recently returned to buy our weddings rings with Suzann due to having such a amazing experience previously and we couldn't be happier with them.

Every other member of the team we spoke with were very friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Every visit was personalised and it was clear that Suzann and the team were invested in every customer.

Samantha was an absolute dream to work with! It was very daunting with so many options, but Samantha was so patient and didn't pressure us into a decision. Throughout the whole process she kept us uodated and has checked in since - it was like looking at rings with a friend! We loved the experience so much, we're going back for wedding bands!

My partner had bought my engagement ring from here and also some beautiful diamond earrings for me so it seemed the only choice to go and get our wedding bands. Jaclyn was flawless from start to finish and made such a big purchase feel really comfortable and made sure we got the best quality possible. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying the ring was a bit daunting but they helped me through the process and provided honest answers when I was stuck between a couple of options. They took time to ask questions about my partner to get to know her, her style etc so they could help me pick the best ring to suit her.

I came in last month to have a look at getting a bracelet made for mine and my wife's anniversary. Before I went in I was a bit apprehensive about what style to get and the pricing of them however once I got into the store the staff could not have been more helpful, Jaclyn and her team took the time to show me lots of different styles at really great prices too. It's now two days after our anniversary and my wife is over the moon with her gift, again all Thanks to the wonderful ladies in Austen & Blake. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 star service and quality from beginning to end.

Samantha and Suzanne in the Glasgow store were amazing, for the initial enquiry to the delivery of my ring was 1st class. They both assisted my partner in ordering the ring I wanted (without my knowledge) and the delivery of the surprise when I went back to the shop (to have a look) was by far the best surprise I have ever had. They were all in with the plan to make the experience truly memorable. The ring is simply stunning and has been very well admired in the last few days. Thank you to the 2 amazing ladies.
