Excellent experience at Austin Blake Glasgow
I bought both my partners ring from here for our engagement and went back for my own and the customer service was excellent, both Jaclyn and Suzanne were outstanding, lovely, genuine people! I felt like I had known them for years, I often pop in for a hello.
Highly recommend.

i had the best experience with the team…
i had the best experience with the team here, specifically samantha who worked with me!
listened to all of my ideas and improved it all with her experience and knowledge creating the most perfect ring for my now fiancé! so much so we’re currently working together again to create my engagement ring :)
i wouldn’t want anywhere else and im very lucky it was this shop i ended up in! full of amazing people who care about everything they do and i couldn’t have felt more cared for during my experience!

From start to finish the service level…
From start to finish the service level was second to none. Not only did they help me pick an engagement ring that my Fiancée loved. We were back after I got the wrong size. The team made me feel at ease that I wasn’t the only man to do this. When we went to collect the engagement ring after the remake we were helped yet again in picking our wedding bands.
Just want to thank all the Austen and Blake team in Glasgow for their professionalism.
No doubt we might be back for a eternity ring in the future

Had such a lovely appointment in…
Had such a lovely appointment in Glasgow. We had plenty of time to really go over what designs we liked and I tried on lots of samples. So happy we found the perfect ring and at such a good price too. We are over the moon.

We used Suzann back in July to view engagement rings and she was utterly fabulous, so warm, friendly and personable that we then used her again to shopping for both of our wedding rings.
The appointment was flawless from start to finish, any questions we had were given in depth answers. Suzann was professional and approachable, I can’t recommend her and the company enough for anyone is looking for engagement/wedding rings or just any special pieces of jewellery. You will feel instantly at ease and walk away with exactly what you are looking for.

Perfect experience from start to finish
The whole process from start to finish was flawless.
I went into the store with a basic knowledge of diamonds and a small idea of what I wanted the ring to look like and the staff were able to guide me through the different options and explained everything very clearly such as clarity, cut and colour.
We were able to design the perfect ring that was within my budget.
The staff were also extremely helpful when it came to resizing the ring. Their communication and response time was amazing.
Can't wait to visit again for the wedding bands!

Friendly, relaxed experience
We returned to the Glasgow store to buy our wedding bands after a great experience buying my engagement ring. We were not disappointed - we were given plenty of time at our appointment to try on lots of options and didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision. After ordering, our rings were ready within three weeks and were exactly as expected. Would recommend Austen & Blake to anybody looking for a friendly, no-pressure experience.

Suzann at Glasgow - fantastic service!
We have recently bought my engagement ring from Austen & Blake, Glasgow. I came to A&B on my own the first time and Suzann was beyond amazing, taking the time to talk me through everything (I was clueless!!) even though at that point I was open that I was still shopping around.
When I spoke to my partner, we were sure that we wanted to buy from A&B based on Suzann's customer service alone, and we were not disappointed! Suzann supported us through the whole process, to the point when we returned we picked up conversation from the last time - it was just so personable. We even went in for a hug when we left!
Thank you again Suzann - I hope your fantastic service is recognised at senior levels and you are celebrated accordingly! ⭐

My Fiance and I came into the Glasgow store to pick my engagement ring. Suzann made us feel welcome straight away and we discussed options.. I had a specific idea of what I wanted but Suzann suggested I try on all styles to make sure I find my perfect ring. We tried all styles on and it was such a fun and special experience. Thanks to Suzanns suggestion to try on other styles I found my perfect ring that was totally different to what I had in mind to begin with. The whole experience was perfect and I was made to feel so special and important. We were give Prosecco and chocolates to celebrate that we had found my perfect ring. I had to wait a few weeks for it to be made but I was constantly keep up to date by email the progress of my ring. Overall the experience was amazing and we will definitely be back to buy our wedding rings ahead of the big day. Thanks so much for all your help Suzann you really made our day perfect from start to finish. Thanks Jodie & Craig Irvine (to be).
