The best experience at Austen & Blake
Austen and Blake was the first jewellers that I had spoke with regarding an engagement ring and I left the appointment knowing that it was the perfect place to buy the perfect ring.
For the full process Suzann was my sales consultant and she was extremely helpful throughout the full process. Her extensive knowledge allowed me to make my ideas a reality and it was never a stressful experience. She even kept in contact after the process ensuring everything went perfectly with the proposal, nice personal touch.
I would recommend anyone to visit Austen & Blake as all staff were most helpful. Suzann especially is an asset to the team.

Absolutely outstanding service from store manager Jaclyn and her team! Beautiful wedding band and engagement ring bought and the quality is amazing for both. We would buy again without a doubt! Fantastic staff and experience
I have been in the store many times over the last two years for engagement ring, wedding rings and other other gifts and have always had a great experience. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and and have went out of their way to help me with sizing, custom designs and other requests. I am always impressed by the quality of the products and couldn't have asked for a better experience when shopping for jewelry.

Lauren was amazing, nothing was too much hassle, so down to earth, listened to what we wanted. We went to a lot of stores but can honestly say Lauren was the best!

We chose Austen & Blake to provide our wedding rings for our wedding in Italy. We could not fault the service provided. Dylan helped us to choose our rings and he could not have been more helpful. We then had the most amazing help from Suzanne when collecting and making sure the fit was just right. We were so thankful for her calm manner and attitude that everything should be just perfect. I can honestly say that Suzanne went the extra mile in terms of customer service and I for one cannot thank her enough. The best place to go!
Bought an engagement ring back in 2022 and it was an absolute pleasure to buy from here stress free from start to finish and provided me the most perfect ring for my fiancée, we popped in this month to have the ring checked over and resized and picked the ring back up today and it’s back to looking like a brand new ring and fits better than ever! We also had a look through wedding rings when we were in and in no doubt will be back here to get them from Austin Blake! 10/10 from start to finish couldn’t recommend enough to anyone looking at Engagement and wedding rings! Thanks to Jaclyn in the Glasgow store for making it such an easy process!

Thanks again to Lauren for being so helpful. She was able to break down every detail when looking to create our own ring, and even provided a display ring to use to propose while the real ring was being manufactured. Very friendly and made the experience much easier than expected!!

Engagement Ring
I had done some research prior to going into the shop but it was more difficult narrowing things down than I expected. Lauren and the other women in the Austen & Blake shop in Glasgow were so nice and helpful throughout my multiple visits. Lauren helped me choose the perfect diamond and band from the ring builder option online, and the ring is perfect. Definitely recommend as they helped make the process a lot easier.
