What an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff at Austen & Blake couldn't have done more. My partner worked alongside Suzann to help pick my engagement ring which is everything I could of wanted and more! He was so happy with his experience and support when picking the ring he suggested going back for our wedding rings too and I'm so glad we did. Honestly, from the moment we walked in, to walking away with our wedding rings has been such a wholesome experience for us both. I was so fussy with what I wanted to go alongside my engagement ring and it took numerous appointments to find the right one, but it was no problem at all. All the staff were so lovely, friendly and inviting so I know whoever you pair with they will make you feel great and be an excellent help. As said previously we worked with Suzann. Where do I start with this wonder woman? We feel like we have a friend for life, she was so relaxed, welcoming, kind, friendly, funny, the list goes on! She was simply wonderful and she really knew her stuff. Her help throughout has been second to non and we're so very grateful for all her time, effort and support. We didn't feel pressured or under any obligation to make quick decisions. We both felt relaxed and able to make honest, easy decisions without feeling pressured to make a purchase which I think is hard to find nowadays. We can't thank you all enough, I've absolutely loved our experience and it will always be treasured. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase any jewellery or like us an engagement or wedding ring, especially if your also like us and have no clue what your doing because they will get it so right and make it the most perfect experience!! Biggest thank you to all the staff at Austen & Blake, your brilliant!

Bought an engagement ring from austen and blake. I had no idea what i was looking for but the staff helped me pick out the perfect ring. The service was so good i went back and got my wedding bands also from the store. The wedding band had to be resized a couple of times before the wedding and they managed to do that very fast before the wedding.

I Was in today to collect my ring and was in 3 weeks previous too this and on both occasions I got gave great service. Made me feel so welcome and catered to all my needs also helped me understand how everything worked with there vast knowledge. Would really recommend to anyone , was overall a great experience and couldn’t fault it .

What I thought would be a daunting process was made easy by Dylan, his knowledge of the product plus his recommendations made it very comfortable and stress free.

Great experience from start to finish. Our wedding rings are perfect! I was worried I wouldn't get a ring to match my engagement ring but they were extremely helpful and managed to find the perfect one.

Stunning ring
Passing Glasgow’s Argyle arcade store, i popped in out of curiosity, l spoke with sales assistant Dylan. He was an absolute delight, we discussed the service that the company offered from various designs to different price options. Choices were fabulous. At no time was there any big sales pitch or pressure to make a purchase, it was very relaxed.
I made an appointment to come back a few days later and ordered a beautiful oval ring, three weeks later my gorgeous ring arrived, I was a bit speechless at first, I just love it!
Credit to the staff and service, but most of all a huge thanks to Dylan. He was an absolute joy to work with, couldn’t be more helpful.
