Can’t recommend highly enough!
Don’t usually right reviews but felt obligated to do so. Had a great service from the start right upto the very end and when help was needed, the staff member myself and my partner dealt with was brilliant. Firstly I bought a ring that my partner loved and the collection was very easy and staff great. But when we had to get the ring resized, we both have nothing but great words to say about Tamara. We were being difficult on our side with times we were free and Tamara was excellent in getting a day/time for the appointments and was easy to speak to, great and efficient customer service! Can’t recommend highly enough and a great credit to the company Tamara is!

Austen & Blake Bristol, service advisor Tamara could not have been anymore helpful. Tamara was friendly, asked lots of questions about what I was looking for and was genuinely so interested in making sure she found the perfect ring for my soon to be fiancé.
Tamara’s experience with diamonds shone through and she was patient in finding the perfect diamond for my ring.
Can’t thank Tamara enough and will be returning again for wedding bands!

Tamara is fantastic
Our experience buying a refreshed engagement ring and 2 wedding rings was a wonderful one. Tamara is very knowledgeable when it comes to sparkly diamonds! Helpful and professional
The people working at the Bristol office were very welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable, they helped me to pick out the most appropriate gift for the occasion and there was no pressure to get it done and sorted as soon as possible and they were as I said very very helpful and great always kept me updated will recommend and I will be coming back when needed

Great experience!
We previously ordered our engagement ring through speaking with Sharron over web chat and email, finding Sharron lovely and helpful - and the ring absolutely everything we wanted. We have now ordered our wedding bands with Tamara by actually going in to the shop in Bristol to see bands against the engagement ring. Tamara was enthusiastic and knowledgable, read us very well and helped us pick our perfect bands. We're really grateful for all the help and would definitely recommend.

I ordered a ring online and dealt with Tamara, who was excellent.
Tamara assisted me online through the chat feature and follow-up emails.
She was incredibly quick to reply, answered all my questions and understood my budget and what I was looking for. She made excellent sugesstions and recommendations, proving that she knows what she's talking about!

Tamara is Bristol 100% recommend
Tamara in the Bristol Branch was a massive help, I had a brief idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring and Tamara was able to bring my vision to life, walking me through and explaining the different colours, clarity’s, shapes and sizes that rings can come in at- I consider myself a diamond expert now after an hour sitting with her! Really cannot recommended enough for anyone struggling to work out what they want exactly. No pushyness, no saleswoman techniques, just a genuine helping hand for a bloke with no clue! I reached out via live chat and got put in touch with a lady called Tamara, I cannot express how thankful I am! I had been struggling to find the ideal wedding band to match my engagement ring so I reached out and provided the spec of my engagement ring and Tamara knew exactly the ring to recommend, she even tried on an engagement ring the same as mine and put the band on and took photos to send me so I could see exactly how the band would look next to my ring- it was so helpful!! Tamara then sent me the exact details of the wedding band so I knew exactly what to order. Tamara was so helpful and lovely - not at all pushy and I feel so happy to have finally found my ideal ring.

Amazing service from Tamara and great product!
Amazing service from Tamara on the online chat service. I was finding it really hard to imagine earring sizes for my lobe thirds, and so she sent me pictures holding the earrings up to her ear! It was just what I needed to decide which ones to have. The service she gave was brilliant, informative and patient. Earrings arrived much sooner than expected too and I love them! They are made really well and i liked having options to choose from with regards to design. I would purchase again.

Wow wow wow - amazing
Wow - what an experience I had with Tamara choosing my perfect ring!! She was so helpful & welcoming when conversing with her & did everything she could to make choosing my ring as easy as possible. I have every faith that I will love my ring! She went through everything in detail - even had a video call with me when requested on the same day to allow me to see the ring on her finger so I could make sure I was happy with the size of diamond.
