Engagement ring from Bristol
Got my engagement ring at Austen and Blake Bristol and had a great experience as well as getting a stunning ring. Tamara was really knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the options and how to choose according to our preferences with no push for a sale. We needed to get the ring resized and she was very accommodating in dropping the ring off to her and collecting it back when it was ready and now it fits perfectly too! Cannot recommend the customer service enough and they also have an excellent selection of rings.

Highly recommend - Austen & Blake Bristol
Had the best experience at the Bristol showroom. Tamara was so helpful both prior to and at my appointment. I thought it would be overwhelming but she was so down to earth and personal. Fantastic customer service
Dealt with Sharon and Tamara both made the process smooth and simple. Sharon was a big help in finding the right diamond for and definitely was not pushing for more money to be spent at any stage. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service provided was great and the only thing I would say would be to have better communication from order to pickup. Other than that the ring is perfect and the pick-up was smooth and personal.

Wonderful experience

I can’t rate A and B highly enough
I can’t rate A and B highly enough! Tamara in the Bristol showroom showed me so much care, she’s such a lovely genuine person, the price point was brilliant, and the ring is absolutely stunning! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I even requested the ring be made in a quick time frame and they delivered it a week earlier than I needed it.

Fantastic service
Austen & Blake carried out a ring resizing for us on behalf of Diamond Factory.
We were met by Tamara who was very friendly and approachable. She was very patient as we were selecting our sizes for quite a while and was helpful throughout. She explained the process of resizing in detail so I knew what to expect.
We made friendly conversation and as it was our first time in Bristol she gave recommendations.
Austen & Blake are lucky to have such a person represent their brand.

Never bought Jewellery this way before.
Bought a necklace for my granddaughter's eighteenth birthday. Went to the Bristol office where Tamara went through the various options. First time I have bought jewellery using a computer screen and not seen the finished article but it was an excellent method and enabled me to get exactly what I wanted. I would certainly use this method again. Tamara was excellent and very helpful at guiding me through the various alternatives.

Amazing appointment
Tamara was taking care of us during our appointment, she was absolutely brilliant. We went over anything from diamond clarity and colour to different styles. We came in with virtually no clue what we were looking at and came out with a clear idea in our mind as to what we wanted. Could not recommend Tamara more!

Beautiful Eternity Ring!
I had been looking almost a year for the perfect eternity ring, but I could not find anything that looked right.
Until I came across the Austen & Blake website - they had almost what I wanted.
We made an appointment with Tamara in the Bristol branch and she managed to get some of the sample rings I’d liked on the website from other stores for me to try on, from there I picked a style and then we spent some time discussing swapping some of the diamonds to sapphires, colour and clarity then finally sizing the ring to sit perfectly with my wedding band and engagement ring.
I have the perfect eternity ring thanks to Tamara’s help and guidance.

Great service
What superb customer service we recieved from Tamara when me and my fiance went in to choose our wedding bands. We were very well looked after and it was made very easy for us. From going through diamond types and colours to ring sizes Tamara covered everything for us and i would have no hesitation in using them again. From the initial appointment 3 weeks later rings were recieved. My only gripe is that i didnt know about this place before i got the engagement ring as you get so much more for your money here, but thats on me!

I had Tamara from the Bristol show room look after me at Austen & Blake. She was amazing and really helpful. She showed me different designs and options in diamond carrot sizes.
