Established in 1972, Aussie Vac is a family owned and operated business, specialising solely in ducted vacuum systems. Now a familiar household appliance, ducted vacuum cleaners have come a long way since the 1970's when such machines, only available fully imported were considered a luxury. Through our work in the housing industry an opportunity presented itself to develop a locally manufactured ducted vacuum system to meet the needs of Australian householders.

Ordered bags on line, and they were delivered within 48 hours. Given the current health circumstances, that is excellent. If we weren't in the current lock down, the delivery time would be terrific.

Excellent service from the staff over the phone about the products. Got the right advice. Ordered and paid for product over the phone. Nothing was to difficult. Received my products the next day in Sydney from Melbourne. Sensational.

Great service
Even though the Aussie Vac team were unable to install the system given where we live, they were very responsive to requests for advice about DIY installation. They also regularly followed up to ensure that there were no further issues.

I received exactly what I ordered
I received exactly what I ordered. It was packaged well and delivered to my door. The price was the best I found and it was in Victoria which was a bonus. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you for a great product at a great price and excellent service.

Easy to use website, Good quality parts
Easy to use website, prompt shipping with Auspost.
Quality of the parts was good as well, stainless extension rod easily twice as good as the one I was replacing and cheaper than any of the locals.
Attachments with clip to hold them together good quality as well.
