I booked Maid2Match for a fortnightly clean and my first experience went really well. The cleaner did a great job and I was happy to continue the ongoing service. Unfortunately, the cleaner resigned and I was told a replacement could only be arranged on days I hadn’t requested. Eventually another cleaner was found, but they were only available to start from the following fortnight with limited hours available which meant a gap in the service.
In the end I cancelled, as there were too many changes and not enough continuity or availability on the days and time I needed. While the initial clean was great, the ongoing scheduling issues made it difficult to rely on the service.

Brikena from Maid2Match recently cleaned my home and did an absolutely brilliant job. She was thorough, professional, and paid attention to every detail. My house has never looked better! She arrived on time, was friendly and efficient, and left everything spotless. We've been using Maid to match for a few years now. They're reliable, friendly and very responsive, and all of the cleaners I have had have been great. It's wonderful to come home to a beautifully cleaned home after work. There's no real hassle dealing with them and if my regular cleaner is unavailable they sort a replacement as soon as possible. The quality of the clean doesn't diminish over time either, which is something I've seen with other cleaners.

Cancellations are more common than kept appointments in my experience. We’ve had five cancellations or no-shows in a row and each time we were told that no replacements could be found before the next scheduled clean. My advice is to steer well clear of this company or you’ll spend more time trying to reschedule appointments and get the money back from their reschedules than the time you’d save when they actually show up
This has been a frustrating experience. They cancelled my appointment scheduled for July 24th, then again on July 29th, and once more on July 31st. The earliest they can reschedule now is August 5th. It’s disappointing to have so many appointments cancelled, leaving people in the lurch. Is this the level of reliability and service you offer? This is unacceptable. I would advise avoiding this service altogether.
We totally understand it may be difficult to get good staff BUT the service is Very unreliable, they constantly are wanting to move times/days often at last minute, then blatantly lie about attempts to contact us to communicate the reschedules, feels like left hand has no idea what right hand is saying/doing.
We had provided times/days that were suitable for us & thought it was all arranged then another person says “sorry no clean tomorrow, how about next week”.
When we have already said this is not suitable, we ended up saying out of sheer frustration we will look elsewhere, then we get email confirming that the contract is cancelled.
There is no follow-up, no accountability.
If you don’t give 5star rating they hound you until you give 5 stars.
A cleaner was apparently sick on the day of the appointment and yet they couldn't find any replacement cleaners to cover the shift. They didn't notify me until a few hours before the scheduled time. It was originally supposed to be yesterday but apparently they couldn't even get anyone to clean then either. They then offer a clean 6 days later, when it's no longer required. First and last time I deal with this joke of a cleaning company. I'll be using other cleaning companies going forward.
After weeks of dust and debris from the construction, I thought it would take me days to get my home back to normal.
Where do I start...
My friend, whom has a disability, hired made to match as a part of their ndis plan to assist with regular weekly cleaning.
The first visit was amazing, their cleaner was efficient and had great attention to detail. Unfortunately after that, it all went down hill from there.
Last fortnight they called 2 hours before the cleaners shift was due to start saying she wouldn't show up as she had something come up.
Fast forward to Monday last week and this time 3 minutes before she was due to show up, they called to say she could no longer continue a service due to personal reasons. However, they had availability for someone to come Thursday morning starting between 8 and 8.30. He arrived at 8.47 was booked for two hours but didn't leave until 11.10am.
Come Thursday morning, we gave the man who came to clean the house a list of things to do.
This list included:
Dusting the tv and surfaces
Cleaning the toilet, shower and sink
Vacuuming and mopping
Cleaning the windows
Cleaning the microwave
And wiping the switches and handles
Dusting skirting
For a three bedroom house, we thought this reasonable to complete in two hours of not, most of the jobs.
It took him 15 minutes just to bring 3 large boxes worth of cleaning products after being shown this list, inside.
1. While he did clean parts of the bathroom and toilet, he spent over an hour doing what should have been a 15 minute job. And that was doing the bath tub, and shower screen, sink and nothing else. 20 minutes of the total hour was spent in the toilet alone with the door shut. The toilet bowl is still dirty.
2. He then proceeded to clean the gas stove with bleach - something my friend is highly sensitive to due to her disability and heightened sense of smell. He was not asked to clean the stove at all as they have animals as well.
3. He then proceeded to move items, wearing the same gloves he had scrubbed the toilet and stove with and used bleach with, items such as a syringe for their dogs daily medication which they can not longer use now. Again, he was not asked to do sills where the syringe was located.
4. The shower towel, pillows, bedding and their pj's were also adjusted and the bed made, wearing those same gloves that had cleaned the toilet and handled bleach.
5. During mopping, the cleaner went around items not under them, the same as vacuuming. Things like a vacuum aren't hard to move.
6. The cleaner spent over 10 minutes and dare I say more in the toilet, and I'm the living room texting on his phone and ducked to his car after cleaning the bedroom for no apparent reason other than we suspect to steal something and put it in his car.
7. Due to the unbearable fumes caused by excessive spraying and by excessive I mean over 20 sprays in the small bathroom for the bath the screen and the vanity alone ( even their partner who cleans, thought the spraying to be excessive), and sure to the bleach, my friend and I were forced to relocate the animals outside and sit outside her house for over four hours on a cold rainy day, with the house windows open to try to get rid of the smell.
8. To add insult to injury, we have sought an apology and for the syringe to be replaced and the notebook the cleaner took to be returned, however we have heard nothing.
How they treat the most vulnerable (and high paying) people in society like this is disgusting. They seem to be after your money and then when something goes wrong they spit you out without an inch or care or accountability. There's no surprise they won't call them back.
We needed a Bond Clean and Maid2Match were able to deliver at short notice. Mihaela did a great job! So happy with their professional and responsive service. Their communication is great so there were no surprises. We've used other companies before but definitely recommend Maid2Match. Thank you 🙏

The cleaner didn't do what cleaning she said she did to my face. She threw out a part of my coffee machine then LIED about it when questioned by admin/management. They took her side without even 5 seconds of deliberation. I found it in the bin and they are in breach of NDIS standards. criminals at best.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have been a customer for almost 2 years, In the last few months they have not been able to keep staff. Staff have cancelled on the day of service and recent staff don't even know how to clean properly

Hollie has been our regular cleaner for 3+ months now, and we couldn't ask for a better and more hard working cleaner. She arrives on time; is always professional; does an immaculate job; and constantly goes above and beyond during our weekly clean.
From a poor experiences with cleaning companies in the past, it has been such a breath of fresh air to contract Maid2Match as our regular cleaning service now. They're responsive, communicate well, great value for money, and always let us know ahead of time if our cleaner can't make it but will a alternative solution ready.

No cleaner ever showed for our first booking. Called the company after waiting at home for 1.5 hours, and was told someone would ring me back. Heard nothing.
Subsequently sent them an email voicing my disappointing and cancelling future cleans and got an immediate response confirming my cancellation!! Sheer incompetence! I am looking forward to their response to this review telling me that reliability is their main priority - no, it is not Maid to Match. I run a real business and understand what true customer service and genuine reliability looks like.
