Faulty Earpiece
The ear piece does not work properly, you can hear but the recipient cannot hear properly. The company kepp requesting phone recordings, etc, which I have done and also does not record sounds for earpieces only the phone and the company says 90 day return but actually the company refuse to let you return your item so do not purchase from them.

Noise cancelling?
These are supposedly noise cancelling headphones but they only cancel about half of the TV sound. It's very distracting.
Music is clear and OK but not of a really good quality either.
Overall the headphones are OK but certainly not top of the range.

I bought it for sleeping
I bought it for sleeping. The sound quality is very good. One small drawback is that there will be a beep when shutting down. It would be better if this problem could be eliminated.

Actually purchased my headphones from their Australian website. Received quicker then scheduled by a couple of days. Faulty. Dead. No lights when charge cable inserted. Contacted their support and included a video. Email response back asking to provide a video :-(. That is when I realised this is a Chinese company and not an Australian one. Resent email with a link for video instead of file. Have tried contacting them multiple times and requested refund. No response from the company. Don't think I'll be seeing my refund any time soon :-(
The Auralu scam
How do you kick your own backside, what a scam. I paid this company 98 pounds for a set of wireless earbuds. As I did not receive a confirmation email I decided to check them out on trustpilot, shock horror. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order and surprise surprise, they say they have not had my order neither have they received my money. I have emailed them with proof of payment from my bank and they are still saying they have not received my money. I am currently trying to sort this out via the fraud team at NatWest bank. please avoid these scammers at all cost.

I purchased these after seeing a review online. I think the review site was fake however when I purchased these headphones, I was given tracking code and my headphones arrived within two weeks. Tracking updates were provided throughout.
I was definitely nervous about buying because I saw the reviews on here however they did actually arrive and I like the quality and sound. They are comfortable too! Im not sure if they are worth £109 but Not bad as the reviews make out.
I have seen some reviews about them breaking after a few months so I will update with my usage.
Also pls note, I am very much a novice when it comes to sound quality BUT I don't think it's bad at all.
Plus I brought it with klarna so I am somewhat protected.

Il se trouve qu'en mode a&c et transparency l'oreille gauche grésille sans arrêt et par moment généré des clics.
Serait-il possible de faire jouer la garantie pour échanger les oreillettes contre une paire qui fonctionne correctement ?

Je voudrais demander si le bouton tactile émet un clic lorsque vous le touchez, ou si le casque émet un clic lorsque vous activez le mode ANC ?
Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir fournir des preuves ou des documents prouvant tout problème de qualité avec votre produit. Cela peut inclure des enregistrements ou toute forme de preuve pour étayer vos affirmations. Si vous rencontrez des difficultés à fournir ces informations, nous pouvons supposer que le produit ne présente aucun problème de qualité conformément à notre politique.

En réponse à votre question voici ce qui se passe exactement :
- chaque contact du bouton des oreillettes génére un clic qui semble normal
- en mode normal le fonctionnement est excellent
- en mode ANC il y a un grésillement permanent et uniquement dans l'oreillete gauche
- en mode "heartrough" ou "transparency" il y a un frémissement permanent
A titre de précision, les oreillete me plaisent et je ne veux pas un remboursement mais une réparation ou un changement.
Je suis attristé que vous ne fassiez pas confiance aux propose de vos clients et que vous demandiez des preves impossibles à fournir. Pourriez-vous me dire de quelle façon est-il possible d'enregistrer un son ou une musique émis par une oreillette ? Je ne connais aucun dispositif qui permet de le faire. Si vous avez une suggection pour me proposer une action afin d'établir une preve, je pourrais le faire et vous l'envoyer...
Encore une fois, je vous demande de faire confiance à vos clients qui ont acheté un produit et attendent un fonctionnement conforme à la description. Je ne vois pas quel serait l'intérêt pour moi de vous dire que l'oreillete ne fonctionne pas alors qu'elle fonctionnerait, surtout que l'oreillette droite donne entière satisfaction sur la qualité du son quelque soit le mode.
Je compte sur votre professionnalisme pour me proposer une solution de réparation ou d'échange et pas de remboursement.

Definitely a scam
I am a seasoned internet user who has yet to fall for any scam online, but this one got me. So, please be careful.
I purchased some over the head headphones after reading the same paid for review as others.
I was given a Royal Mail tracking number that didn't work, I asked for a new one and was given the same tracking number but to use a website called 17track.net (which I had never heard of), I watched over the course of months the package being batted between various mail centres and then back out the country. It was only then that I looked on Trust pilot and my stomach sank.
Luckily, my bank gave me a refund.
After that, Auralu email me saying that they were disappointed that I had turned the package away at the door (not true) and that they would give me a refund but minus 15% because I had inconvenienced them. A scam on top of the original scam, it would seem.
Leave well alone. These scams are getting more and more sophisticated.
Scam Review - vacumtest is chinese and linked to auralu
For the people who say the review from vacumtest mislead them into buying these headphones, be aware that the review itself is sponsored and the vacumtest website is ALSO chinese. This shows that the headphones comparisons itself is false and made up. Vacumtest has been reported as a scam website

Ik heb oordopjes van 109 euro besteld bij Auralu, maar toen ik deze reviews zag, heb ik het direct weer geannuleerd.
Echter kreeg ik meteen een mail terug dat ze het al verzonden hebben, wat echt niet mogelijk is zo snel.
Toen ik zei dat ik de oordopjes niet wilde gingen ze vervelende mails sturen met teksten als: je moet het product eerst proberen en je mag het product niet weigeren.
Uiteindelijk hen gemaild dat ik het pakket wel heb geweigerd en geretourneerd heb. Hierop kreeg ik het antwoord dat ik 15% van het aankoop bedrag moet betalen voor schippingskosten.
Hier was ik het niet mee eens, maar kwam ik niet onderuit zeiden ze omdat het op hun site vermeld staat(altijd kleine lettertjes lezen).
Echter begon het probleem hier nog maar net.
Ik heb het gekocht via klarna en klarna heeft het bedrag aan Auralu betaald waardoor ik Klarna moet betalen.
Auralu heeft nooit doorgegeven dat ik het pakket heb geretourneerd en daarom betaal ik nu aan Klarna 109 euro.
Ik heb Auralu meerdere keren gemaild dat dit echt niet kan wat zij doen en dat dit oplichting is. Zij reageren nergens op. Zelfs mijn bewijsstukken van DHL waarop staat dat ik het 3 november geretourneerd heb negeren ze.
Ik ben nu 109 euro kwijt. Ik ga mijn verhaal doen bij verschillende platformen omdat dit echt oplichting is en niet moet kunnen.
Ik ben benieuwd of er meer mensen zijn die over auralu hun verhaal zouden willen delen?

I purchased these wireless headphones/earbuds after reading reviews on a Web page after a Google search for best wireless headphones. I think the page was a fake.
I then read the reviews on here and got instantly nervous and tried to cancel. Which they wouldn't. Even more nervous.
Never the less they turned up less than a week later and the quality is Good to be honest. The sound quality is decent to. There no Bose but a lot better than my skullcandy wireless buds.
Only bought then for the gym we will see how they hold up.
In my ears now and I can't even tell there in to be honest. Very comfortable.

Je confirme absolument tous les avis négatifs. Hélas, je n'avais pas eu la présence d'esprit de vérifier Trustpilot avant ma commande. Le design est moins design justement que sur le site et le son est ignoble, voire étouffé. J'ai un vieux casque Philips à 49 euros et le son est de loin supérieur. Je ne suis pas forcément marque, tant que ça fonctionne, donc j'ai commandé sans préjugés, mais force est de constater que j'aurais mieux fait d'investir dans un vrai truc. C'est archi-nullissime, ne commandez pas.
Just to jump on the band wagon
Just to jump on the band wagon, brought in haste without checking reviews. THEN read reviews literally 3hrs after original order. Sent an email to confirm I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded, only to be told it was far too late in the process. Have been trying to get a returns address from them, as the product will be going straight back, without opening........so far 4 emails in I have been unsuccessful in clawing an address from the "service" dept. Woeful.....
The worst headphones at any price range by far!
At almost £100 I expected decent quality and reassuring sound. However, that is so far removed from what I got. Quite simply the worst headphones I have ever purchased. Within 4 months one of the headphones hardly worked as the sound was so faint. I contacted customer service to find a solution ad was told it must have been my fault!

Awful product, didn’t work and couldn’t get them to charge. Complained and asked to return and for a refund but I have had no response. And have raised an issue with Klarna. The positive responses are fake.

Paid £109 for it after seeing a review at vaccumtest who rated this headset as a clear winner. Wish i had seen these reviews first. Headphones arrived in about 5 days time.first impressions were disappointing,Poor packaging at this price and they sent an unbranded headset . Tested sound quality and that was even more underwhelming. I requested to return and they didn’t want to send me a uk return address instead asked me to provide evidence of bad sound quality coming from them. After one week and several emails sent to them, they came back saying if you want a full refund you need to send it china and pay for postage and customs! Which is shocking because I didn’t order from china neither they mentioned these headphones are coming from china. Eventually I disputed this transaction with my bank as Auralu has sent me a fake product and not willing to give me a return address in uk. Bank returned me the money but this whole dispute can take over 18 weeks to settle with Auralu.
In short this is a Fake brand and selling £10 headset for over £100s. Total scam

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company they are not uk based and you have to send back at your own expense to china at £26 and if your privileged enough to get refund they deduct 15% from what they give you back. I could kick myself for not checking trust pilot first. Do not make the same mistake!!!
