My review
I was very impressed with my visit. I had to have wax removed from my ears and the lady that didn't was very nice and friendly. She explained the procedures and showed me pictures of the inside of my ears before and after the procedures. I was also given my first hearing test that I can remember and the explanation of the results was clear and easy to understand. All in all I was very impressed with the service I received.

Ear wax removal
Lost a lot of my hearing due to earwax and arranged an appointment to have it removed. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. At my appointment I did not have to wait, everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. Kathy removed the wax with no problem, no pain and explained everything that was happening. She was absolutely amazing. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you

Micro-suction ear wax removal
I saw Dee Hartman in Worthing and she was great! Explaining the process well and carrying it out gently.
I was amazed at the before and after images of inside my ears and really relieved to be able to hear properly again. I would definately recommend.

I saw Dee Hartman today at Worthing Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal. She was professional, explained clearly the procedure and totally put me at ease. I would recommend her to anyone with the same problem as myself, kind regards Kevin Best

WAX REMOVAL
I have just finished having the wax removal treatment at the Worthing branch. Kathryn Livingstone was absolutely fantastic. The whole procedure was explained and peformed extremely professionally. I experienced no pain whatsoever to achieve the most incredible results.

I can highly recommend this exemplary…
I can highly recommend this exemplary branch and company. I found that the audiologist, Tom Round to be highly professional and thorough and recognised my love of music, so tailored a programme to enable me to hear sounds I have missed for a while. My life has certainly been enhanced and can’t recommend this branch enough.
