Ellie was very professional and attentive and was not rushed. She explained everything very carefully.

As I am Profoundly death, on the edge of No Hearing at all, it is most important that I have someone who is really sympathetic to these problems.
Elle, in Worthing, so always so kind, and does herlevel best to help an almost impossible case.

Firstly appointment was late due to previous client, the gentleman was polite efficient and a salesman.
Only one choice of hearing aid given cost was written down in a piece of paper not ideal, l was surprised that only 1 brand was offered. Needless to say l did not buy.

I’m always made to feel welcome at Audika and the audiologist is really lovely and always helpful. The whole visit is always informative, and updating my hearing aids is quick and professional. I always come away knowing I’ve had the best service possible

The appointment was great and the audiologist did a very thorough job. She was excellent. However please beware that the cost of the products are twice as expensive than all of the other clinics. I double checked the product which was just over 6k for a pair of in ear hearing aids. Every where else was just over £3k. Buyer beware.

Hidden Hearing was very thorough in my hearing tests. The gentleman was very polite and explained all to me about three different hearing aids.
I would recommend them to friends.

Michelle always helpful with sorting out my wife’s hearing aid problems. She spent nearly an hour with her, really appreciate her time and patience.

New audiologist at Worthing branch introduced herself, had a quick chat about how i'm getting on, then proceeded with my annual hearing test, explained the results, made adjustments to my hearing aids, gave them a jolly good clean (much needed i confess), and reassured me that if i have any concerns to come straight back. If only all audiologists were so good. First class!
