Went to Hidden Hearing upon recommendation having had different aids from different supplier for last 5 years.
Pooja Gupta saw me at my local branch and her experience and comprehensive testing and explanations of how newer technology was going to enhance my ability to hear made me feel so comfortable and willing to purchase my new ones.
Very thorough examination as well as explaining to my wife and myself the true benefits of the product.

A very calming and welcoming atmosphere,I went for micro-suction ear wax removal, my clinician was Molly she was very professional and explained every process of the procedure I was having clearly, no rushing, I felt in good hands and trusted in her confidence,she carried out the procedure quickly and took into consideration my feelings asking if I was okay and consulting with me along the way, Molly was a star, and clearly enjoys her job,she is an asset to the company, I can’t recommend hidden hearing enough a real hidden gem of a company, I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone in the future.

Visited kingstanding branch with my father who is the grand age of 98 years young, we met Pooja Gupta, who was very nice, procedure was explained to us, my father felt very at ease, the experience was excellent.

I found the staff to be friendly , and as I had trouble finding a parking space , understanding . As I arrived somewhat breathless . This appointment was for wax removal by micro-suction , which was carried out efficiently and painlessly , with every step being explained clearly .

The audiologist is a really lovely lady, and so good with my mum. She explained everything as she went along, and gave mum several prompts to bring up any concerns or problems. We have used Hidden Hearing for some years now, and have never had any problems. They are a very caring and professional company.

Pooja Gupta from the Wolverhampton office came to see my mom at home for a hearing test and also did mine too. Pooja was very friendly and professional. She dealt with mom very well and patiently, as she had dementia.
