I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.

Excellent. The audiologist, Huda, was very welcoming, thorough and precise, explaining the process, results and options very clearly. I was also impressed that the Receptionist rang before the appointment to check that I knew exactly where the branch was; highly recommended.

A very thorough understanding of my deafness and good advice as to how to live within my hearing limitations; plus a regular monitoring review and continuing interest in my welfare. Also an annual physical inspection of my ears and eardrums.
