Audika - Stafford Recensioni

It was very friendly and professionally

Very professional in the way the appointment went from start to finish. Courteous and listened to my concerns. Everything was explained fully
Definitely recommend them

Good service and the staff were excellent. Explained all that I needed to know about the Hearing Aids even tried them on outside to see how they had improved from my previous ones. A new hearing test that I had was also effective and showed me the results from my previous test.

Excellent and patient service from audiologist and great customer care from the receptionist. I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing Stafford to anyone with hearing problems.

Solved my hearing problem. Both ears now fine

Although I seem to get a different audiologist every time, they are always kind, sympathetic and caring.

A lovely friendly experience, advice given as to next steps and clear explanation of the process before it was completed. Super - would recommend them to anyone who might need a hearing test.

Very happy with the appointment. All questions answered.
Would recommend.
Helpful and courteous. Relaxing and informative.

A very quicktest and professionally carried out

I visited the Stafford branch to have ear wax removed. I cannot fault the welcome and professionalism of the audiologist who dealt with me, explaining everything in easily understood detail. I would recommend to anyone

Helena was so lovely and explained everything really clearly to me. Going to Hidden Hearing was one of the few times I’ve been spoken to by a medical professional as if I’m an actual human so I really appreciated this a lot. The service was brilliant and quick, I had a wax removal. I was shown before and after pictures and even given a hearing test at the end. Would recommend these to anyone.

I went to Hiden Hearing in Stafford. Michelle & Umar were great. Michelle was professional & friendly upon my arrival. Umar took me through to the examining room & explained the workings of the ear & the tests that he would carry out. Umar was very thorough, gentle & listened to my concerns. He carried out various tests & concluded that my hearing was overall very good. I have an appointment for 12 months time to check for any changes.
