Disgusting treatment
I attended the Shrewsbury branch for earwax removal on July 17th but the audiologist was unable to completely remove the wax from one ear because she said it was too close to the eardrum. I requested a refund- which they offer if they are unable to remove the wax but I have yet to receive it and have had to chase it up again today.
It's now July 30th. Audika Head Office said the refund was processed on July 21st so where is it??
UPDATE I have emailed the Head Office ( again) today and now been told the refund was only processed YESTERDAY 29th July! Obviously they delay refunds so that they make interest on money they owe!
So why did this company lie to me?
Be VERY wary of using them.

Excellent service
I had my hearing test, right heating aid was adjusted because the hearing had slightly improved. I was told I need to have wax removed from both ears. I was recommended someone who comes to your home & does a thorough job. He came the next day.

Good service and the staff were…
Good service and the staff were excellent. Explained all that I needed to know about the Hearing Aids even tried them on outside to see how they had improved from my previous ones. A new hearing test that I had was also effective and showed me the results from my previous test.
