Excellent communication by office staff and advisor. Very convenient appointment location, date and time. Adv isor was very pleasant, professional and efficient.

Joshua Devine came on Monday 18th November 2024 for my annual review as he has done for the past few years. Friendly and professional he cleaned and tested my hearing aids. Tested my current hearing levels to check for any deterioration.
I would recommend Joshua to anyone who has hearing problems.

Janet and Maryam have been lovely. They have been very efficient and respectful in how they have approached my situation. I couldn’t fault how they have been.

The hearing aids have been great, my only bad experience with them was losing one as I cannot cope without them. I made the mistake of not getting them insured straight away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids, especially those who need a home visit as it is very helpful.

Alex at Hidden Hearing has been working with my 85 year old mother on her new hearing aids. She has been extraordinarily patient, kind, respectful and helpful to Mum. There seems to be a huge sales push in this industry but Hidden Hearing seem to be genuinely motivated by what's best for their clients and will take the time, and do the follow-up, to make sure the outcome is good.

I am very grateful for their care and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Janet is attentive, warm and friendly from the outset.The environment is minimalistic and very well maintained. Nadia is professional and welcoming. She listens to gain history/information whilst skilfully matching instruments to the person. She explains various steps taken- such as colour matching, instrument type and the reasoning behind these decisions. (She ensures what you need, matters) My hearing aids are comfortable in my ear but also and arguably more important, comfortable for sound input too. I feel much happier with the discreet design, functionality and clarity I have in conversations now. Hidden Hearing made the transition easy, being available for any issues. Customer service is absolutely fantastic & I would highly recommend the team to anyone. Southport.

Have been going to Hidden Hearing on Lord st Southport for a number of years and from my first visit the service has always been excellent and offer hearing devices to suit everyone’s budget, I do recommend the rechargeable aids, no more fiddling around changing batteries, you can also have them to connect by Bluetooth to your tv and tablets independently so you choose the volume to suit yourself so as not have the tv at full volume.
Nadia ‘hearing consultant’ exemplary service. And not forgetting Janet on reception who makes a good coffee and will ring to remind just before your appointment.

My mum has been forced to settle for hearing aids that do not work for her!
My mum went to replace her hearing aid and she paid a large sum of money under pressure. She was entitled to a 60 day money back guarentee. She actually paid the money outright. She went to a routine review within a week or 2 of having the hearing aids and my mum told Nadia she was not happy with them. Nadia told her she would adjust them.
My mum felt like it was all rushed through to avoid my mum bringing them back within guarentee period

She told hidden hearing that she was unhappy with the hearing aids on several occassions including within the first few weeks she had them. The company has completely ignored her and her request to for reinbursement after the hearing aids were not working well for her.
Im pretty annoyed as it quite clearly says she was entitled to a trial but they have ignored all her complaints about them and requests for a refund.
I agree that her hearing is much worse with the aids she now, compared to the nhs ones. I would not recommend the company. They are hard sellers and dont do what is in the best interest of their clients.

I highly recommend Nadia at Hidden Hearing in Southport. She conducted a highly professional consultation and helped me to hear the best I ever have done. I am made up with my hearing instruments, they are amazing. Both Nadia and Janet are very friendly, helpful and offer great customer service. My experience has been fantastic. Nadia valliani has looked after all my hearing needs since at least 2018 and has been excellent in the service provided and advice given .also the receptionist Janet does excellent work reminding us of our appointments. Excellent work by both.. by mr m.

Nadia is just wonderful and makes you feel very confident that what she suggests will be just what you need. She has provided hearing aids for me for three years and they have improved my quality of life beyond measure I am really grateful and sorry to be moving out of the area. I shall miss her humour and her skill.
