Polite and good service

I met Terri and Janet from Southport Hidden Hearing for wax removal yesterday they are both lovely very friendly and informative talked me through the whole procedure witch was perfect no problems or discomfort at all and good aftercare advice. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish even went back today for ear wax removal amazing staff and approach from everyone. Would definitely recommend this company.

Always professional and informative, Hearing aids are great and still working great after 5 plus years.

I attended hidden hearing in Southport for earwax removal and had excellent service. Terri took time to explain everything she was going to do beforehand and expertly and painlessly removed the wax. She showed me pictures of my clear eardrums afterwards which was amazing. I was even given a coffee to relax after the treatment. I would certainly attend again without hesitation. Very friendly staff, Janet on reception and Terri who did the wax removal. The procedure was explained fully and clearly. Terri took her time to make sure all the wax was removed, which I saw from the photos.

The lady who rang in the 1st instance, was lovely and understanding and I kept saying I don't want ahard sell after a free test , also I had a budget too and there was honesty on both sides . I have cancer.
She was very helpful and sent Joshua to do the test ..a very pleasant man ...no hard sell he didn't need to, the hearing aids when he demonstrated sold themselves . I heard my husband 1st time in 2 years talk normally instead of sounding muffled in a field . TV on at at 35 instead of 98 muffled and hard to understand . Brain fog fro. Chemo gone in an instant . I have gone middle of the road at a price I could afford easily but if I need top of the range it's an option . He was was leaving that option to me .no hard sell . A very good test more comprehensive than nhs specsavers. Where they clapp hands and run a tap ask if you can hear set the aids up and you can hear nothing and I have glasses and a wig so sometimes look like shriek as they fall out .4 years I've suffered and its all about to change thanks to hidden hearing and that phone call. I wasn't going to take.try it's free to have the test

Do not pay for the service until your ears have been checked, my ears were clean and the lady tried to help but the head otolaryngologist refused a refund or transfer of Appiontment to another person. Lovely woman who does the ear clean, so made up for the lack of cooperation. Someone from customer service rang me and organised for me to receive a full refund, appreciated. Good customer service.

Expensive but very thorough testing and fitting at the site in Standish.

Joshua Devine did a hearing test for my mother and I’ve got to say he was very professional and understanding. He explained everything plainly and clearly for mum to feel at ease. When he left she was happier and more at ease with the hearing aids than she as ever been.

Excellent service from Janet and Terri. So friendly and welcoming and very knowledgable. Will be back every yrar for my annual check up now. My new place to go.

Doctor Joshua Devine (MSHAA) was very good, he was very relaxed and charming and made you feel relaxed and at ease. He made us feel like he truly knew what he was talking about and felt like he went the extra mile to make sure everything was right with her hearing or the best it could be.

Joshua was so professional, friendly and caring. He was perfectly on time for the appointment and introduced himself, explaining what he would be doing. He reassured my elderly mother and left her feeling confident and happy with her hearing aids. A lovely pleasant gentleman. Thanks for helping Josh, you went above and beyond.

Joshua Devine at Hidden Hearing fitted me with Oticon aids a few years ago. He comes to my home annually to undertake tests and servicing of the aids and is always very helpful. Whilst he shows and demonstrates developments in new technology and equipment, there is no hard sell to change the existing equipment and this has created a feeling of trust. I’m very happy with the quality of service and highly recommend Joshua.

Highly recommended! I spoke with Janet on reception prior to booking and she was so helpful in what I needed to do before the treatment. Terri was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, informative and put me right at ease with the ear wax removal treatment. It was painless and quick. My ears feel so much better now after booking with them.

I like: friendly and knowledgeable specialist.
I don't like: the prices which are effectively double the competitive market rates with no obvious technical superiority.
