I go every year to see Adrian at Shrewsbury for a check up. He is a thorough gentleman , friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Every little item is checked and need be corrected. Certainly when you leave I find that my hearing is much improved. I have no hesitation in recommending someone with a hearing problem going to see Adrian.

I must admit that I was apprehensive about going for a hearing test. I was sure that I didn't have a problem with my hearing but wanted to get a couple of things checked out. However as an over 65 I find that wherever I go these days there is a preconception that I will have some sort of degeneration and I was concerned that I might be told that I had age related hearing loss and that I needed hearing aids.
I need not have worried. Adrian was professional and efficient without a hint of the patronising attitude towards the over 65s that is so wearisome and so present these days.
The examination was thorough and interesting and involved very relevant tests which I had never come across previously. My hearing was pronounced 'normal' my concerns were addressed and advice was given.
I would thoroughly recommend Adrian at Hidden Hearing Shrewsbury and will return when I am next due for a test.

My first time having ear wax removal and recieved fantastic service. A warm welcome from Gemma on reception. My treatment was done by Molly who did an incredible job - very friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining everything about the process and giving me options. Highly recommended.

If you need advice,testing and information on hearing aids available this is the only place to go.
All staff are lovely welcoming friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
I purchased my hearing aids two years ago from Hidden Hearing in Shrewsbury and the after care provided is second to none.
The products are the most advanced on the market and you definitely get what you pay for.

My husband Peter is a regular patient of Adrian's in the Shrewsbury clinic .
On our visit to buy more domes for his hearing aids I asked if I could make an appointment for a hearing test.
To my amazement Adrian was able to do the test straight away.
We are always treated with such understanding and patience. Peter has Alzheimers and Adrian has a lovely unpatronising way of treating him.
My hearing test was almost normal and I felt reassured.
Thank you Adrian we really do appreciate all you do.

A year after purchasing hearing aids from Hidden Hearing I have just had a further test and review. As on my initial appointment I experienced excellent customer service and skilled professional diagnosis and advice. Highly recommended.

Friendly and efficient as always

What is frustrating for me is filling out the respective boxes when responding to an advert telling me to check if I qualify for free NHS hearing aids. I end up with an appointment with Hidden Hearing taking me through a hearing test and then being offered aids for £3k. Where does it get translated to a private prescription? My bad for not verifying first but not great for Hidden Hearing (otherwise great people) for not knowing that was the path i went down. I think the Marketing needs to be adjusted.

I filled in the gaps as Branch Coordinator whilst they recruited for the permanent role. My working life has been enriched meeting the lovely customers who frequent the branch. It has been delightful to experience. Mostly special thanks to Ade who by far has been one of the most professional workers I have witnessed in my 40 years of working. The rapport he has with the clients and expertise is second to none and most of all he is totally invested in the caring side of his job. If people walk in glum they leave smiling… he should really be celebrated as an asset to Shrewsbury town…his people skills are truly amazing and he values his relationships with his clients and nothing is ever too much trouble he goes above and beyond! A true gentleman and a really funny guy! Please don’t ever retire!!!!

Professional, but freindly. The initial hearing test revealed I needed my ears de waxing. Molly (Shrewsbury) did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable througout the procedure which was very effective. I can hear with both ears now.
