Good personal service and good advice. Thye did my hearing test but didn't try to sell me anything.

I have been with Sevenoaks Hearing (now Hidden Hearing) since 2003. They are an excellent company. Ellie, one of the audiologists, is very knowledgeable, thorough and a caring person. I have always had excellent service from Sue, the office manager, and the audiologists.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Fast , efficient , polite and welcoming.

The whole experience was flawless. From the receptionist’s assistance in setting up my appointment to the audiologist accessing and testing. I would highly recommend.

Sevenoaks hearing centre has always provided a very personal, knowledgeable and friendly service which has always put my mind at ease. I know that I will always be taken care of whenever I need them. This peace of mind has been invaluable.

I’ve been using Sevenoaks Hearing (now part of Hidden Hearing) for several years due to recurring wax build-up in both ears. My audiologist, Ellie Bowes, uses water irrigation combined with a camera to thoroughly cleanse the ears and check for any issues, ensuring complete removal. Each visit leaves me with the huge relief of being able to hear clearly again.

More recently, I had noticed that my hearing was deteriorating in other ways—I couldn’t hear certain sounds, like birdsong, and my wife pointed out I’d been turning up the TV volume much higher than usual. Everything sounded muffled, and I found myself relying on subtitles more and more.

I decided to have a comprehensive hearing test with Ellie, which clearly showed I would benefit from hearing aids.

My new Oticon aids are discreet, lightweight, easy to maintain, and link to my phone via a user-friendly Bluetooth app. Over two follow-up appointments, Ellie took me through setup, cleaning, and maintenance in a clear and reassuring way.

I know the idea of using hearing aids can feel daunting, but Ellie’s professionalism and support gave me complete confidence throughout the process.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Hidden Hearing at Sevenoaks to anyone needing expert ear wax removal or advice on hearing loss and hearing aids.

I have been going to Anna Rodrigues at Sevenoaks Hearing (Hidden Hearing) for ear wax removal for the last 5 years. It's a 10 mile drive for me so I could go somewhere more local but she is lovely and I am a very nervous patient! I really dislike having this treatment but she shows me kindness and much required patience. I would thoroughly recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing.

I am very happy with all the advice and support I have had and know that if I have any further questions I only have to ask. I had a very thorough hearing test and recommendation for new hearing aids. Anna has taken great care to ensure they fit comfortably and that I am happy with the aids.
