Booked an appointment for ear canal imprints. I was seen promptly and in addition to a smooth and clearly explained process, I was recommended a good custom earbud provider. Great staff and perfect service.

It's the second year I ave used Audika in Sevenoaks. Very happy. Easy to book and the actual appointment with Jessica F was as good as possible (given what its all about).

My treatment for wax in both ears was performed by Alex. He was excellent very caring and professional.

Popped in on the off chance to check a problem with my left ear. Absolutely no drama, got seen in between appointments by Ana who explained everything that was going on, including the use of graphics to demonstrate and advised of next course of action. Really professional and high quality clinic and an amazing receptionist, Sue. Dont waste your time with other audiologists, these guys are first class.

The team at Audika are excellent professionals. After suffering from severe vertigo and making several hopeless visits to my GP, I finally found answers here. They diagnosed me with vestibular migraines, which was later confirmed by an ENT specialist.

The name may have changed but the service and knowledge from Ana is as good as ever

It would be so much more helpful if the wax removal could be followed by an hearing test. To hsve to attend 2 appointments in a short time is not customer friendly
