From the moment you walk in it’s such a warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff are wonderful. Took my anxious and elderly mum and she is made to feel so comfortable. It is efficient but not rushed. Mum felt seen, cared for and assured. Highly recommend

All very good attendance and test was very thorough. Just 8 minutes late with seeing me - i arrived at 10.25 for 10.30 appointment and was taken in at 10.38.

It is a pleasure to visit the Sevenoaks branch. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ana provides good helpful advice and excellent technical support. The whole thing is a credit to your business.

Ana at Hidden Hearing in Sevenoaks was amazing. So friendly, explained each procedure clearly without complicating anything. The testing was done smoothly and explained throughout. Ana treats you like a person and not a patient so she talks with you and not at you. Highly recommended

My audiologist Ana was brilliant - she explained everything clearly and put my initial nerves at ease. She listened to my concerns and was thorough in her evaluation and next step recommendations.

I saw Ana Rodrigues my audiologist for the first time today and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and explained everything to me. I managed to get more answers seeing her for no fee, compared to an overpriced private audiologist. I totally recommend her service. Thank you Ana.
