Bernard has been looking after me for a number of years now and is excellent. He always takes time to explain everything and is always flexible to fit me in.

Friendly greeting by receptionist, audiologist equally friendly and very informative, with thorough in depth briefing of the test and theory behind hearing. My test was complete smoothly, the results where discussed and available hearing aid options.

I explained my hearing problems I was having so Ryan listened to me, he gave me a full check up and test on my ears and before I knew it it I had a pair of hearing aids on my ears and I was hearing again. I went to work the next day and it was and is fantastic being able to hear properly again.

I attend the Salisbury branch of Hidden Hearing. The receptionist is always very welcoming, cheerful and extremely helpful when I ask for advice. My husband and I often arrive early for my appointments and we are offered a tea, coffee, etc and biscuits. My husband particularly enjoys the sweets.
Bernie greets us with a smile and his manner makes us feel relaxed and very confident. He clearly explains how the hearing tests and hearing aids work and shows us the results on the computer. He answers all my questions making me more knowledgeable and at ease.

Having worn NHS hearing aids for several years, I realised I was missing out with conversations when out with company. I decided to explore the possibility of going private so I called into a branch of Hidden Hearing in Salisbury. I was introduced to Bernie who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the initial hearing test. I was told that I had severe hearing problems and that my left ear was a lot worse than my right, which made the programming of the hearing aids very difficult. After some teething troubles and several visits later, I am now at a point where my hearing and my interactions with other people are at level I haven’t experienced for a long time. I would thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing and particularly Bernie for being so patient and helpful.

Once again the hearing test and new mould fitting were conducted by Bernard Hunt in a thoroughly professional manner. He saw my wife and me punctually and was well-prepared as to history and previous dealings. Having checked my recent experiences etc. he carried out the test and was informative as to the outcome. He then assembled the new mould which was fitted without fuss or discomfort. His "bed-side" manner was faultless and I was left to pay just £30 for the new mould.

Careful and un-rushed test to assess the level of my hearing (I was in denial that I had a problem - my family were not!). A thorough explanation of what my hearing problem was and how it affected my daily life. An immediate and accurate solution and delivery of hearing aids that have most definitely improved my hearing!

For a good 20 years, I acted as a pair of ears for my profoundly deaf parents in law at many audiology appointments. I am recently retired but still working in the audio field, so I thought it would a good idea to have the essential ‘tools of my trade’ checked out. I was thoroughly impressed at the service and level of information sharing from Bernard Hunt. My late parents in law would have loved him p.s. no aids needed yet but glad I took the time to find out

First class service

As soon as I arrived at my local branch (Salisbury) I received a warm and friendly greeting at the reception desk. I had never had a hearing test before so was unsure as to what to expect. Bernard (my consultant) immediately put me at my ease and explained what the examination would entail. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout and once the test results were ready Bernard went through them in a clear and concise manner in a way that I could understand. Although I don't need to return for another two years, I was told that it would no problem at all to book another appointment in the meantime if I needed to. Thank you Bernard and team for an excellent service and positive experience
