Having reached retirement age, I was given hearing test by Bernie, my first in 16 years, to see what stage I had reached with my hearing. Professional and clear assessment; much what I expected though very useful to have an accurate overview. He suggested a follow-up test might be beneficial in a few years time, which I will activate with them. Good service; recommended.

Excellent experience
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, no waiting around. Treatment started immediately by a chap who was very approachable & friendly. Explained the process thoroughly. Immediate relief to both ears. Left very happy.

I was made to feel very relaxed given very clear explanations and got given a very good breakdown of my results.
Then my hearing aids were adjusted to what was needed .
Also a very friendly welcome on arrival

Spent an hour with what felt like a…
Spent an hour with what felt like a sales pitch- as soon as 'he' was aware I didn't have the money he lost interest and decided that there was someone else waiting- i explained i needed my original H/A checked so that I could use them until I could afford new ones but he said this was not possible cant connect on his computer mine were not compatible(Oticon) and there was someone else waiting.
Unfortunately i have found H/A 's to be an excuse to get as much money as the companies can and Hidden Hearing are the same as all the H/Aid companies I have come across Shameful not interested in improving the life of those who need help/ support with their hearing. .only getting as mych money as they can without getting any service

We are sorry that you felt some pressure when you visited us recently and that you've experienced a similar outcome from other companies in the hearing aid industry.
We do offer a lifetime service package for patients who purchase from Hidden Hearing, however, we are not in a position to extend that to hearing aids from other suppliers at this time.
You may have already approached your previous supplier but if you haven't we would certainly recommend doing so. Naturally, we wish you the best for your future hearing care journey.

When the nhs gave up on my hearing difficulties hidden hearing stepped up to the plate I am no longer embarrassed to use my mobile phone and the remote connectability to my phone makes the changing of volumes for different noise situations a breeze

Great customer service at Hidden Hearing Salusbury.
James at Hidden Hearing in Salisbury was absolutely superb. Very professional and explained everything to me and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. I had my ears syringed after many months of problems including ear infections. Will definitely go back there in future.
