Both my ears were blocked and uncomfortable. Diana was very welcoming and puts clients at ease. She is very gentle and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her.

Always a good experience....
As always, ease and use of my hearing aid is discussed, so if there was any issues they could be rectified.... No problems yet again. Sue's always really friendly and reassuring, so all in all an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

The discussion that I had was extremely helpful and the test that I was given was very comprehensive.
I left Hidden Hearing reassured about my hearing and about future help that would be available to me.

No pushy sales gimmicks, total honesty about our needs, which may be required in the not to distant future.

This was an opportunity for a relaxed discussion about hearing. The people who met me at reception were warm and friendly. The person who completed the test gave me their time and professional care. I found the experience helpful and not at all overt about selling hearing aids. I felt I could trust them to guide me properly and give an independent assessment of my needs.

The Consultant very clearly explained the assessment process initially, and throughout was engaging as the testing progressed. Very thorough and professional. I feel very confident that I have the right product to deal with my hearing deficiency

Pleased with the Hearing test service although can't compare it to any other company. Staff all friendly,helpful and professional.
Going Private is not cheap but the service is what one would hope for.

Full Volume
Diane was friendly and informative throughout and I can finally hear out both ears again !
I’ve also learned my lesson about using medical olive oil instead of extra virgin.
