Been going th HH for a number of years. They are very professional, Jerry in Norwich knows his stuff happy give advice without pushing the latest products. Products not cheap but you get what you pay for not forgetting their regular 'health checks' are included with the products.

Got an appointment easily. Diane was very professional. She explained the procedure, did the job and showed me the results. Reasonable cost and much better than having to wait weeks to sort.
I’ll come back again and recommend to friends.

I had an appointment at Norwich on Monday afternoon and after the lady had made some adjustments there were problems getting my hearing aids to pair with my Android Phone again and time ran out.

Back home I went on to www oticon global/pairing and followed the instructions for pairing with Android phones.

The result was that my hearing aids paired successfully with my Android phone and all three program options and the volume control now work ok from the App.

I was a bit surprised that I could do something at home that caused problems in the shop

I went in for an earwax removal. Diane was brilliant, very simple procedure and great value.

I booked an appointment for ear wax removal with Hidden Hearing and my care was superb. My appointment was with Diane (Ear Care Practitioner) who was extremely polite and attentive throughout the session and made me feel at complete ease. Diane explained the procedure from start to finish and was extremely helping with identifying factors that may have led to problems with my ear wax. Diane demonstrated high levels of professionalism and kindness throughout the appointment. I was also offered a hearing test to rule out any further problems and I was reassured by Diane of the results. At the end of my session, Diane explained the importance of softening ear wax with Olive Oil Spray and provided a product for me to use to prevent further dryness and itchiness. I couldn't have been happier with my care at Hidden Hearing. Thank you Diane!

My first visit to this branch of Hidden Hearing. Receptionist is extremely good. However my consultant initially didn’t seem to know much about me or why I was there and spent several minutes scanning the computer to find out. I think this should have been done before my appointment and thereby giving me confidence in my care. From then on my check up was carried out with professionalism - although no check of my ears or my hearing aids where done, just verbal questions about both.

Jerry at Norwich office could not have been more helpful, attentive and professional at all times. Really worked hard to set everything up. In the end I decided not to have the hearing aids, and he was very supportive and accepted my decision without any quibble. When I do decide I really need them I'll certainly go back to Jerry at Norwich. Cannot praise all the staff enough.

Superb, looked after really well and put at ease with everything explained.After 3 weeks of suffering (and bad advice) i now feel liberated. Plus i got a free hug. Many thanks again!!

Had a great time at hidden hearing, otolaryngologist was very friendly and reassuring. Explained good future care for my ear health, and the process was simple and quick.

Excellent service, and couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive professional than Diane, who went above and beyond to help me with my hearing issues and wax removal. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands as she took me through the whole process and explained every step along the way. I would absolutely come back here if I ever needed to.

Audiologist was informative and helpful, some equipment didn't work, this made the practice look unprofessional which didn't give me confidence in this company.
Had a follow up call from Hiddenhearing customer service, a very helpful English lady with well spoken English accent I clearly understood, helpful in building my confidence in this company, took on board my 3 star review and subsequent comments and questions to relay back to the company, just to be clear that the hearing aids offered were of the highest quality and did perform very well compared to others I have trialled, my review was for the equipment used in hearing test not for the hearing aids themselves which were the only ones that filted out the distracting background to a degree that conversation was understood but didn't block background noise completely so I was still aware of surroundings, I do feel these are the best quality available so far but at the moment unaffordable for me.

I was expecting some sales pressure but presently surprised at the honesty and if you don’t need or not suitable (yet); sorted.
Would definitely make a follow-up appointment at the recommended interval.
