The consultant was thorough and gentle and didn’t push upgraded hearing aids ( at vast expense).
However the adjustment to accommodate some hearing loss in the last year has meant a very harsh tone, which he assured me would fade, and the hearing aids now squeak if I put my hands over them.
I was always told this squeaking was a sign of badly adjusted hearing aids. I will have to wait and see if I become accustomed to the heightened tone and if the squeaking reduces.

I’ve used hidden hearing for many years and am very happy with their service.

I went in for an ear clean microsuction and Rachel was very friendly couldn't have asked for a better experience 10/10

Fantastic service! Rachel was amazing, she ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, couldn't of been in safer hands. The wax removal results are night and day.

I am writing this review after my follow up appointment that I had at the Margate branch. My consultant was lovely from the outset. Didn’t feel any pressure from her to do anything. Just genuine care and concern for me.
The explanations were clear, understandable and honest.
Even when I had a little issue with one of my hearing aids it was resolved patiently & kindly.
Regarding the product, I have no complaints at all. Though it takes a little getting used to, it is amazing technology and no hidden costs!
I am deeply grateful for the help I have received.

I had micro suction carried out at Hidden Hearing Margate. And I’ve got to say what an amazing experience. I was a little nervous initially about the process but Rachel Smith was a total professional throughout the whole process. Very kind caring patient and knowledgeable even with my rather stubborn wax. which was quite difficult to remove but her persistence won and now I have hearing like I’ve not experienced in years. So a massive thank you to Rachel

The attentive personalised service from Luisa and her team at Margate Hidden Hearing makes the process a pleasure. The small adjustments to the aids allows the removal of feedback and the correct setting of the segments of the audible spectrum give a clearer, better defined result.

I have had dealings with Luisa and Emily at Hidden Hearing in Margate and always find them to be extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly, always on hand to sort out any problems that may arise. Would definitely recommend.
