Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, service great

We found Katie Herring who visited us today, very helpful and friendly. She was extremely thorough and patient.

With every visit I get an accurate and honest assessment with regard to my hearing, and the audiologist, Jennie, is so sympathetic, friendly and above all gracious. I am made to feel truly special, she is a credit to the company, Hidden Hearing.

I walked into Hidden Hearing in Leigh on sea this afternoon on the off chance they could give me some advice for my hearing as i have had lots of problems over the years. Jenny the audiologist heard me speaking to the receptionists about my concerns and came out of
her room after over hearing me speak, straight away she examined my ears there and then and advised me about my ears and explained to me her concerns she had and told me to go back to my doctors who had previously told me there was nothing to worry about.
I have had problems ever since my doctors appointment but tried to live with the problem thinking that this was normal and maybe just an aging process lol. Jenny said how bad my ears were and that they were the worst case of perforated ears that she had seen in years and that I should go back to my doctor and get a referral to ENT for this where it could be a case I am operated on to treat this condition. Jenny was not only genuinely concerned for me but insisted I have her a copy of my results from the doctors so that she could assess them for me to make sure the doctors were diagnosing them correctly this time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jenny for her professionalism and caring nature she had towards me, she has put my mind at rest and given me hope in the way of being able hopefully get my hearing sorted out at long last. 10/10

I have been supplied with hearing aids by Hidden Hearing in Leigh-on-Sea for some years now, and can thoroughly recommend this branch.
The audiologist Jenene Canham is very skilled and professional, offering excellent advice with a caring and friendly manner. Her front of house staff, Keeley and Jen, always make a visit an enjoyable experience.

Great welcome from the receptionist. Nicholas Dean the audiologist was so knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in a way we could understand.

Jenny, the audiologist, is always attentive and thorough and is careful to explain anything I need to know about my hearing. It is a pleasure to see her and it is very reassuring to know my hearing is being assessed and treated effectively.

As always Hidden Hearing gave the best possible service to me at my annual review. Reassuring and easy to understand, the session was dealt with very efficiently by the audiologist. Thanks.

I had a hearing test at Hidden Hearing in Leigh with Jen Canham on 10th Apr 24.
I experienced a highly professional service and had an initial talk with Jen so she could understand my situation with my hearing. Jen then explained everything about the hearing test and helped me understand all the relevant information about how everything works.
The test itself was well prepared and conducted. I was talked through the results helping me understand the information and how it plays out in future years.
I was so impressed by the superb professional, friendly and very informative service.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing and encourage anyone to book an appointment. LOVELY PEOPLE AND A SUPERB SERVICE! 👍🙂

I have recently purchased hearing aids from the Leigh-on-sea branch. The service, information and care I have received from the audiologist I can only say has been amazing.

First class service from Wendy Green at Hidden hearing. Very thorough and now my ears are back to normal after initial session, follow up and discharge after passing a basic hearing test.

Very friendly professional and informative service

I went to the Leigh in Sea branch to see Nick Dean for my first annual check up since I started to use hearing aids a year ago. The consultation was helpful, friendly and informative as I recall it was last year when I first met Nick. A great service - thank you, and I would and have recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation.

This afternoon I visited the Leigh-on-Sea branch, and found all staff there particularly helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The lady who completed the procedures for my friend (and also checked my ears) is Wendy Green, and she explained the procedures clearly to us, and was particularly mindful of my friend's conditions. I would thoroughly recommend the procedures used and indeed the branch for its approach in putting us at ease from the moment we arrived, A BIG THANK YOU to all at the Leigh-on-Sea branch.

i have just returned home from my FREE hearing test from hidden hearing in leigh on sea. it was an absolute pleasure to meet firstly sue on reception and the Jen the audio consultant. i was dealt with in a very professional manor from start to finish Jen was very personable and informative it was my pleasure to meet all the staff and without any hesitation i would recommend Hidden Hearing. thanks again and for the nice cup of tea ..
