As my hearing is very bad Jen explains everything that is happening with my hearing she always very honest with me. I have been attending Hidden Hearing and now Audika for a good many years and have been treated honestly and with respect ever time.

I had my hearing test today - 3/9/26 - having taken my son a few weeks ago for his hearing test. Yet again with Jennie, a very experienced, professional but with a brilliant rapport & the ability to put people at ease. She explained the tests and the outcomes - I was pleseantly surprised and very pleased by my hearing is very good for my age (late 50’s). The service , professionalism, skill and proficiency is exemplar.
I fully recommend and endorse Audika Leigh on Sea, and I’m very hard to please. Such skill, efficiency and service is rare , as well as so thorough. And in particular thanks to Mrs Jennie Canham, my audiologist today (and she was my sons too). Tbh I’d never heard of Audika until a few weeks ago (pardon the pun) but I’m glad I choose the Leigh on Sea branch for both mine & my sons hearing tests .

Jen is amazing, she’s so caring and helpful. I wouldn’t go anyway else.

I saw Wendy Green at Audika in Leigh-on-Sea yesterday for ear wax removal. I am a regular visitor as I suffer from ear wax buildup. Wendy is always very caring and professional in her approach, explaining exactly what she will be doing and how noisy it may be. I am then shown pictures of before and after. It always amazes me. To get the best result it is important to use Earol olive oil for a few days before your treatment. This makes it much easier to remove the wax buildup. Thank you Wendy. I would not go anywhere else.

If I could do six stars I would the team in Leigh on Sea I say team because even though I met Jenny and she was brilliant the whole team and place was very friendly and inviting. I have had a high street brand cros hearing aids now for 5 yrs and wanted an upgrade in technology, as I feel there was less choice on the high.

Jenny want for a better word sorted me out and more. The follow up and support is second to non and will not go anywhere else from now on. She is a diamond, true to her word and very caring.
