Aleesha at Hidden Hearing in Leeds is so supportive and helpful. I had previously seen other audiologists however Aleesha really listens to me and any concerns I have.
Alison on reception is lovely and always tried to accommodates appointments to fit around work too

I had a last minute appointment with Mandy at Hidden Hearing in Leeds today (an ear wax removal that was needed urgently as going on holiday the same morning!). Both the customer service and Mandy were exquisite, getting back to me quickly and efficiently. When I arrived at the clinic, Mandy spoke through everything we were going to be doing and made me feel very comfortable. The information I was given throughout the appointment about what was going on inside my ears was most helpful, and knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful for the Hidden Hearing services today, and would highly recommend visiting them when in need of ear and hearing care!

I had my yearly check up at my home. My hearing was checked, my ears were checked. Then my hearing aids were checked. The Hidden Hearing rep comes to me each year and he is always polite, friendly, professional in every way. He has the time to spend and listen to any concerns that I might have. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone.

Gentleman most efficient but very friendly. Gave me a hearing test and tested my hearings aids, discerning that both needed new batteries. All done in 15 minutes. Very satisfied. 😊

Staff put me at ease soon as I walked through the door. Had micro-suction to remove ear wax. Everything was clearly explained, without technical terms. The procedure was quick and painless. Over before I knew it. Big thanks.

The company representative, Faraz Aslam, visited our home for the assessment. He is excellent - knowledgeable, very helpful and patient, going through all the issues with my wife and me. He answered all queries thoroughly. This is highly impressive, considering how we are often given so little time and explanation generally - everywhere ! We now have a device that works so very well for my wife. I would highly recommend the company and in particular, their representative, Faraz. Thank you.

I was contacted by Hidden Hearing to have a hearing check and to ensure my hearing aids were set up correctly and they would adjust them if necessary. I pointed out that they had suggested on the first appointment to go to Specsavers for hearing aids as they were cheaper but are the same in terms of technology. I did this and due to my hearing needs bought the top model with the understanding that these would last many years and if my hearing changed they simply plug them in and update them. I was told that was fine and they can work with my current hearing aids using the same system to update them if needed. I agreed to an appointment and the man was very friendly did the test and my hearing had deteriorated. He then started a hard sell on their own hearing aids. I asked if he could plug mine in to update them as I was told on the phone was possible and he said he couldn’t as they were different brands. He then continued to push the hard sell angle. My son who was with me asked when the hearing aids became available to the public as he had said a few times they were new with better technology. He said they came out roughly 18 months ago. I pointed out that I bought the top of the range hearing aids with the knowledge they would last years and it had only been 8 months and that I was not wanting to pay out again as the ones he was pushing to sell were available when I got my current ones and yet I was told at that time they had the same technology as the top of the range specsavers hearing aids. His attitude clearly changed at this point realising he wasn’t getting a sale on that day.
The appointment felt like a waste of time and I had been wrongly informed that they could work with my current hearing aids and update them if necessary. Instead I was faced with hard sell techniques.

Very welcoming and caring. Also very professional too. Results of test carefully explained and various solutions and options were given.

Just been treated for ear wax removal by Mandy Taylor at the Leeds practice. I cannot quite believe just how different my hearing feels now that they’ve been “cleaned out”. I knew that both ears were impacted with excess wax; but I had no idea to what degree! The whole process was really straightforward, Mandy was incredible informative and always kept me informed with what has happening at each stage. I honestly cannot recommend Mandy and Hidden Hearing enough, 10 out of 10 for professionalism, communication, results and service!

I had an ear wax removal today in Leeds and the procedure throughout was excellent. Being in my 80’s I have had many such procedures, dating back to when they were done by a nurse at the GP surgery, and several by Pharmacies, but none has been as thorough as today’s.
The practitioner, Mandy, was excellent, keeping me informed at all times, and readily accepting, and responding to, my queries.
I can recommend the HH service.

Other than the two cancelled appointments the service and professionalism was outstanding.

The audiologist was clear and explained everything perfectly

Test was better than a previous one at a high street provider as the pitches to hear were at irregular intervals and I couldn’t predict when they would occur.

Coupled with the fact it was free I didn’t hesitate to give 5*
