I went to Hidden Hearing to have earwax removal by microsuction. The lady I saw - Dee - was cheerful, kind and clearly very knowledgeable. The procedure was also painless. Would recommend.

Tom was great and explained to me the advanced technology now available. Also he did a thorough assessment of my hearing abilities/disabilities.

I was seen today by Khadisha (Dee) Walters, and what a wonderful woman she was such a delightful lady.
She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed whilst she carried on cleaning out the wax from my ears.
Khadisha is truly a credit to your company.

I took my dad in for impacted wax removal. Khadisha removed all the wax carefully (over 2 visits), she had this amazing device and used a nice gentle approach, she is very professional and very friendly. It was so nice to see she really enjoys her job, thank you Khadisha!!

I struck gold when I met Khadisha at Hidden Hearing. Not only is she friendly, efficient and full of smiles at every ear wax removal appointment, she is also an expert ear care practitioner. When she spotted a potentially significant mark in my ear she reported it to my GP who went on to thank her for her professionalism and vigilance and told me to stick with Khadisha as she was so impressed.

Nice people, clear explanation and a great environment too

Tom was very helpful and provided a thorough examination. A recommended aid was provided for a trial period. Initial results sounded encouraging.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who, as I was early, offered a drink. An elderly man came in with a problem and she was very courteous and patient with him. The ear care practitioner, Dee Walters, whilst clearly being very good at her job, has a very engaging and positive personality - she combines professionalism with friendliness to make the visit easy, stress-free and highly enjoyable. Yet again I left smiling.
