Excellent as always at Kingston on Thames Branch. I was way too early for first appt of the day and Khadisha offered me water or a hot drink as I waited while she prepared the room.
During the appointment she was her usual professional, friendly, thorough and enthusiastic self.
She was concerned about an issue and, whilst reassuring me that it was probably not serious, was insistent that I follow up with my GP. She also told me to ask GP if I could see their images so I could compare them with the ones she had taken.
I always feel welcome and cared for by Khadisha and reassured by her thoroughness and professionalism.

All good quick and clear. I was amazed how much my hearing had deteriorated since my last test.

I received a warm welcome and a hearing test. The audiologist also examined my ears and discovered a spot in my left ear and she emailed my doctor about what she had found. Subsequently, I was contacted by my GP and attended the surgery for a further examination. This has given me great confidence in the Hidden Hearing service.
