Audika - Inverness Recensioni

Received excellent care and advice from Tracy, ear care practitioner Inverness. She explained everything and was very friendly and reassuring.

High standard of service as usual.
Care and treatment by Tracy excellent.

This was my second visit to Hidden Hearing's Inverness branch and I was delighted to have Tracy again this year to treat my ears. She always puts clients at ease, ensuring their wellbeing, checking medical history and current medication and explaining wax removal procedure with kindness and sensitivity. I thoroughly recommend this company for its professionalism and patient care.

Good experience at last review, all made simple and understandable tests for hearing.
Appeared to be tests for most eventualities.

Tried latest new hearing aids - interesting, but no hard sell.

Explained everything
very knowledgeable

Usual efficient examination and relaxing atmosphere. Opportunity to try out the latest aid but with no pressure to purchase. Last but not least, a welcoming cup of coffee.

Audiologist was extremely thorough in all aspects of my examination and tests
Explaining all aspects during my appointment.

Could hardly believe how my hearing aids were eve better when I came out,Great

Lovely welcome and put at your ease by having everything explained to me. Results also clear and concise. Highly recommend Bethany.

Made very welcome and comfortable

The representative was punctual, knew her product and conducted the hearing test with a full explanation of the process as we moved through the various stages. There was no hard sell or any form of pressure to make a decision there and then. All the details I need to decide on the way ahead were left with me.

I'm very upset with the service. Kevin at reception was very rude. The hearing aid was not good quality at all and very overpriced.

Everything great!
The welcome at the reception, very friendly and efficient.
Then Tracey, who was very professional, explained everything, I instantly felt at the right place.
Thank you!

A great experience with Hidden Hearing in Inverness.
I received excellent care from Tracy there and would highly recommend Hidden hearing.
Very professional and customer oriented.

Well what can i say, they were so good in every way, from the moment i walked in, they sat me down, with a lovely smile which made me grin, and with a cup of coffee in one hand, and a biscuit in the other, It was the place to be, like no other.

From the first telephone call to the completion of treatment, I experienced a very friendly and professional service.

I was treated for a complete ear canal impaction by Tracy Stuart in Inverness.
She was clear and concise explaining the procedure and process throughout. Extremely gentle through to completion of treatment.
Many thanks.
