This is my second visit to Hidden Hearing. On both occasions booking was easy, I was reminded about my appointment and didn’t have to wait when I arrived. The initial talk was very thorough and procedures were carefully explained, health and safety scrupulous. After the initial look in my ears I was shown photos, and everything was carefully explained and reassurance given when I had the simple wax removal. Again photos were shown and the hearing test gave a good indication of my hearing. Dee was faultlessly pleasant, reassuring and informative on both my visits and I shall return when I feel it necessary

I saw Dee Harman. She was excellent in every way: warm, friendly and extremely competent. I can wholeheartedly recommend her

First time in Hove branch and went for ear wax removal by micro suction. Wonderful service and Dee is an excellent practitioner. Also had a hearing test at the end and will be following up. Very pleased and will be back.

I got an appointment quickly and I was told the price before I made it.

The treatment was very effective and the modest price included 2 further appointments for wax that was not possible to remove at the first.

I now have fully wax free ears and can hear properly again.

Just visited the Brighton store and Dee was very helpful at removing my ear wax. Explained everything and it was quick and easy. Would highly recommend it as I can actually hear everything now.

Wax removal and hearing advice from practitioner Dee was excellent. She was careful, caring, well-trained and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately I have to have an ear wax removal procedure 2 or 3 times a year and have tried a few different clinics. I have had micro suction twice from this company and their technical and customer service was excellent. The cost of the procedure, which is very quick, is significantly less than through other companies and they include a hearing test so you leave knowing what's happening with your hearing. I have recommended this clinic to others.

My autistic adult son had a problem with wax in his ears. Dee was charming. She explained what she would do. My son was very anxious but she put him at his ease &, on the second appointment, loaded Disney clips to play on her laptop to distract him. She emphasised that it was common for people to need more than one appointment and was very gentle and careful. We had 3 appointments but were only charged once, which was good value.

Very good, clean , efficient, friendly etc. Not rushed and the treatment was performed very professionally.

I was convinced by my Grand Daughter to visit Dee at Hidden Hearing in Hove, treatment has moved into the 21st century, Dee is very easy to get on with and an expert at her job, will now have regular check ups.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wax Removal
The person carrying out the wax removal today was Dee Hartman. The service was excellent and very professional. She approached the process with great care and understanding and ensured that all aspects were properly covered and explained. The actual service was gently and carefully performed and I could hear the improvement after the session. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without reservation. Thank you.

Very professional service.
I was due to have what I thought was a syringe but was told this method is no longer something they do as safer to use “suction” method. However upon inspection it wasn’t necessary to carry our procedure at all, but a brief preliminary hearing test was carried out. The consultant named Dee was very friendly and professional.

For me, while most of the work was done in the initial session, a follow-up session was necessary once I had applied Earol for a few more days. The follow-up session was provided at no additional cost (possible this varies depending on the circumstance). From my limited research of other providers, I think many would make a charge for follow-up appointments.

So, for me, a very good experience all round.

Wendy explained the procedure to me very clearly and was very reassuring. Throughout the process she constantly checked that I was not in any discomfort and whether I wanted to continue.
