I have bought 2 pairs of hearing aids over the years at Audika (Previously Hidden Hearing) and during these 7 or 8 years I have always been received very well by Mary and followed very professionally by Liam. What ever were the reasons of my visits (6-monthly checkup or other reasons) both have always been very polite, friendly and helpful!
I would recommend Audika Hove without any hesitation.

The team at Audika Hove continue to provide a professional and friendly service resulting in my hearing needs being fully met. Liam the audiologist put me at ease, clearly explained the purpose of the hearing test review and carried it out skilfully and effectively. Mary the receptionist was again extremely friendly and proficient in representing the organisation and dealing with clients.

Friendly, not pushy but straightforward & honest! Made everything very clear. Clean & bright reception area. Explained everything.

Timely Friendly Helpful Not pushy

I had previously had very good service from Liam who was knowledgeable, professional & very good at explaining things to me, a new hearing aid user! Since being amalgamated with the other companies, not good. The accommodation in Haywards Heath is poor. Liam no longer works in Haywards Heath & Wilson is not someone I have any confidence in. I won’t be returning.

Following a very helpful conversation with Mary over the telephone. I saw Michelle. Both so helpful and informative. I felt so at ease and am so hopeful that I can be helped. The coffee is lovely as well. I can throughly recommend the Hove branch.

I went for my annual review and hearing test at the Haywards Heath office and was seen by Wilson. He was fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful and explained everything to me the way no one had ever done before.

My experience was made great by the gentleman I saw. He was very thorough in checking my ears and showed me a diagram of the ear to assist me in understanding. He was very informative and had a very nice way about him. He fitted a hearing aid to my right ear which has not only helped with my hearing but has reduced the tinnitus in my left ear. He is a credit to your Company.
