Angela the audiologist remembered me and gave a very personalised service. So kind and efficient

The attendant was very courteous and polite.

I dont think I can rate Hidden Hearing fairly
I have only visited Hatch End store twice, both times I arrived early, but had to wait for my appointment time
Once to get them to connect my hearing aids to connect to the app (that lasted less than a day)
I then received an invite for a hearing check up (that never happened)
They tried to connect to the app, they couldnt connect to the app, so it was deleted
They increase the volume on my hearing aid by two points
So I've just had two invites and the work was done on their PC
I have another invite in a years time

Angela was very friendly and made every step of the process for the hearing test and immediate supply of hearing aids very clear to me.

Yesterday I’ve been to Hidden Hearing Hatch End branch to collect my new personalised hearing aids. The whole experience it’s been great. Both the receptionist Stephanie and the doctor Nicolo Grano have been great. Nicolo is been very professional and caring, he explained everything very well. My new hearing aids are very comfortable.

Just had ear wax removed at the Hatch End branch. Roopa did a great job. Explained the procedures clearly and carried them out professionally. Could hear a lot better afterwards. Highly recommended.

Roopa was very thoroughand personable and she made sure I knew everything that she was doing. I would definitely recommend her and would come and see her again.

Roopa Samani was excellent in wax removal - efficient, thorough, pleasant. Reason for 4 rather than 5 star is not Roopa, it is that for some reason the appointments system IT shifted the time of my appointment, which I only noticed late on. It seems to be a known issue and needs fixing - I was inconvenienced.

Went in for a free hearing test for the first time last Friday at Hatch End.
The reason 1 went to Hidden Hearing was because I had seen an aid that they have the latest revolutionary hearing aid technology in-clinic.
The audiologist was very pleasant and welcoming. She explained each step of the test in detail and gradually gave me the news that 1 needed
hearing aid. She recommended the most suitable hearing aid I could have.
She answered all my queries.
I would highly recommend anyone to visit HH, especially Hatch End if they are having any difficulty hearing.
