Great service very helpful

Made to feel welcome and offered a drink on arrival everything on time, felt at ease and all parts of examination explained.

I would like to thank Nicolo Grano for impeccable service and attention to detail was excellent. I can’t thank you enough and you can’t have been more helpful.

Host person carried out exhaustive hearing test and convinced me that a hearing system from Hidden Hearing would solve current equipment inadequacies.Cost was an issue,however and it was agreed that I should look into competitor firm (Boots) and see whether their product offered like performance at lower cost. I expect to have answers by end of next week. No pressure was exerted to make me take Hidden Hearing product there and then
