I could not have asked for more with Nikki at Hidden Hearing in Folkestone.
A lovely personable lady and at the same time very professional explaining all very clearly.
An extremely comprehensive hearing test with all the most up to date testing equipment.

Great service, had my hearing aids for 2 years. The recent visit was for hearing aid service and hearing test. Although I need wax removal to have the hearing test, a referral to my GP was completed straight away. They were very professional and helpful.

Over several years I have been forcan appointment. It is always a pleasure to have mothering tested and hearing aids serviced. This time with the new added technology it was even more thorough. A big thank you.

The audiologist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hearing aid looks good. The only thing that stopped me rating hidden hearing 5⭐️ was the fact that the hearing aid I was looking at , only has a 2 year warranty, whereas the similar Phonak model comes with a 5 year warranty.

Very friendly professional experience, right from the start from setting the appointment, through to seeing Nikki the Audiologist. Modern equipment, great explanation of the results.

I booked my first hearing test at Hidden Hearing in Folkestone. The appointment was right on time and Nikki gave a very thorough explanation and after the test a very clear explanation of the results. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will be using them again in the future.

I have been coming to see Nikki in Folkestone for the past 5 years, when I finally made the decision to go and see someone about my hearing loss. To say that she is great at her job would be an understatement. Every time I see Nikki, whether it be for a check up or my annual hearing test, it’s an absolute pleasure. She is so knowledgeable, kind, caring and always provides the best customer experience and service. I would never go anywhere else for my hearing aids and that is totally and utterly down to Nikki. Also the aftercare you receive from her is second to none

I wish to review my experience with Audiologist Nicola Davis at the Folkestone branch, previously the excellent Hearbase. I first met Nicola 7 years ago when she enabled me to hear again after years of semi- deafness. She fitted excellent Resound GN aids that have served me very well. I have now had new Oticon aids and will test them out. Nicola's service and those on reception has been exemplary. Nicola fully understands the concerns of the hard of hearing and the distress this can cause. She explains everything well and consoles and encourages. Nothing is too much for her. I have not been seen as a sales transaction but as a human being with a special need. She is highly qualified and exceptionally tuned in to individual needs, not skimping on time. Nicola is a very lovely person, the absolute best.

I am a regular for ear wax removal and have always been seen by Ashleigh in various clinics and she goes above and beyond every appointment. She’s always thorough, kind and attentive every appointment. I will always be going back to have this done by her

I had an appointment with Ashleigh Bullen for earwax removal today and I had an amazing experience. She was friendly, talked through exactly what would happen and now I can hear properly again!

Absolutely amazing expertise & care shown by Nicola at Hidden Hearing yesterday . Was given loads of useful information about the whole process & was made to feel so comfortable from the outset . I couldn’t recommend highly enough . I can’t actually believe this is a free service

I recently went for a hearing test with Nicola Davis at Hidden Hearing after having been for ear wax removal with Ashleigh a few weeks earlier. Whilst I paid the fee for the ear wax removal, which was urgent, the hearing test was free. Both services were excellent. I was provided with a comfortable and friendly experience in both cases.

Great experience

The appointment was fine. However the email sent prior asked me to bring a close family member, which I did, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary and not required at all, so it was a waste of my wife’s time.

Really helpful and really friendly staff ☺️
