Audika - Folkestone Recensioni

Very thorough professional examination. Andrew explained all of the results thoroughly.

Friendly knowledgable experienced staff. Everything explained clearly. Not rushed and no pressure selling. I have had 3 previous tests with Specsavers GP and Hospital and this was far more in depth took approx an hour to complete.
Would definately recommend and there was no cost involved. If any any doubt about your hearing GO..

Nikki is a fantastic audiologist and an asset to your company.

The staff are super friendly & efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. They just want you to go away happy & hearing.

Cannot fault the service received on 29th April at hidden hearing in Folkestone. Both receptionist and audiologist made me feel welcome, Nikki was, as usual, thorough in her examination and very professional and caring.

The clinic itself is bright and welcoming as were the staff.
Nikki the audiologist was very informative and explained the whole process clearly .
All in all a pleasant experience.

Have always found everyone is very helpful and they explain all the details.
A good service is so great to have these days.
thank you

I was treated with politeness, as though I was an old friend. This was by the receptionist and Nikki who performed my test.

Excellent service and expertise of Audiologist Nikki Davis.

The experience was first class from the moment we met with the very kind receptionist to Nikki the audiologist. Nikki was kind, caring and patient towards my 89 year old mum. I will be recommending Hidden Hearing to everyone.

Great attention to detail tailored to my needs. Nicky is so very helpful and patient no matter how many questions I ask her. Also she has helped me to deal with tasks re my hearing aids which has made me much more confident.

I can't remember your colleague's name but she was very friendly, professional and effective. She made the procedure a great pleasure.

I went for my annual earwax removal appointment at Hidden Hearing in Foilkestone recently.

I saw Ashleigh Bullen who is very experienced and professional. Ashleigh is very sensitive and thorough in both the earwax removal and hearing tests.

I can highly recommend her friendly, focussed and attentive service!

The young lady who treated my elderly mother is so caring and also very knowledgeable. She is a credit to your organisation.

On time. Nicky very knowledgeable and patient.

Courteous and informative.

It was like meeting a friend for an afternoon chat

bot the receptionist and the ear specialist were able to reach out to me that day. When I could not hear and had to present a lecture that day. However, They managed to fit me in that morning and de- wax my ears for me. Which I was truly grateful for me. I found them terribly kind and helpful

I found it very open and honest and informative in all areas
The staff were very knowledgeable and professional

The care and experience from Nicky the audiologist is amazing. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Folkestone. Also Nicola the receptionist is the most friendliest, helpful lady. Both ladies go above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction.
